Can I ask a question? Does that mean on the person that is legally blind for a care person? Does that mean that they how much money would you get if they claimed it from 10 years in the person only has lots of visible out of 10 years how much money do you think that is for a care provider?

if I have not been working for the last 10 years, let’s say from 2014 and my diagnosis was 2005 from where would my 10 years count of getting that credit? Does it go from the date of your diagnosis Or do they regardless go back 10 years because of it from the diagnosis it probably will not be 10 years. If you could give me an answer would be nice thank you.
