How to do a simple implosion pendant or cab.

  • In this video I will show you how to make a dot implosion. As always, there are more than one way to do things and this is just one. I will be making other videos of them in the future. This is the first one that I learned and is basically foolproof. I recommend using stable colors until you are used to the process. Anyway, hope you like it. They are really fun to make. As well as the basis of many other techniques.

    Lucas, your filming and explanations are spot on! I will definitely be recommending your channel to my Flameworking students. We can’t teach any blowing or hollow work right now in our facility because of CoVid, but when we can I’ll be adding hollow implosions to our implosion line up and will give you a shout out to the class.     I feel like my dots are getting as sucked in as I want. I can do it well on solid rods but with hollow it’s not working out!
