I agree 110%. Furthermore, slowly we are seeing startups with small teams, dominating markets with their technology, changing industries, solving problems, and improving life around the world. These individuals behind these teams are product of proper education, as well as good parenting. However, changing education alone isn’t enough. We also must change our mindset, and parents must stop the 7ashouma mentality and teach their how to become financially independent.

The best performance i have ever seen.
Education is one of the most pressing social issues in Morocco.
I m sorry to say this, Moroccan system of education is terrible with respect to all members of Moroccan education. For the government and also the ministry always following something that Moroccan does not have for the moment to achieve its purpose. Yes we are able to change our country. But the ministry still looking for new things (methods, approaches...) we need to know our community so we can satisfy with the best.

Yes working in team is important. But you have to know who is the most productive in the team! The root square of the total members of the team produce more than 50% of the output. For exemple a factory of 100 co-workers where 10 of them produce more than 50% of the goods and services! And what are the attributes of these 10 persons? The are the most intelligent, most educated and most conscientious of the team. So it’s indeed important to evaluate the students on the personal level! This is what is known as the Pareto principle
