In this lift we did: Bench press, med ball throws against a wall and single leg rdls with a 25lb plate in one circuit. Then pull ups, single leg glute bridges and a resistance neck workout in the second circuit. Also in between our lifting we do corrective exercises that work on flexibility. Everyone does different ones depending on what areas they need more mobility in. In this lift we didn’t do any legs because of how much running we did in training that week so it was shorter than normal.
