Thanks for watching!
Is there anyone else that didn’t really like that play and looseness with the rear flap once the install was done? I was like WTF?!
You need to capture the metal and plastic wheel well with the hook. I just installed them and it’s much more secure when do get both.
I put these on my grandpa's '13 Silverado. Very easy, even doing it stealth-like at 11pm in the dark by flashlight so it would be a surprise on Christmas morning, hehe.
Clyne Griffon w
loving mine align the top first. they are beautiful
I bought the same but was disappointed the plastic color is different from the wheel well trim on my black 17. It looks goofy so I'm returning them.
It's literally this easy?... other places talk about adhesives and crap and I just finally find these that screw on. Nice
Purchased them.
Installing on my in-laws truck tonight. Thanks for the walk-thru. And, time to renew your tags.... I'm a VA boy, too.... :-)
David Main thanks I will remind dad.. I'm a Jersey boy lol.
Spent 4 hours on my 06 sierra , most of the holes are off by about 1/4 in , the plastic rivets on the vehicle can't be reused , I managed to squeeze my hand between the splash guards on the vehicle to get a qtr inch nut behind the rivet hole , only did the front , I give 👎. , didn't use supplied hdwe that was junk too ,🖕to weathertech for 50 dollar garbage, no way 15 min per wheel
I had one that kept falling off. Had to buy a new rear set and when installed had two self tapping screws.
short ,and to the point thanks
Very nice install, they look good on there too , Thanks for the vid Carl good to see yah
What can I use if my tires stick out 3 inches away from the fender?
A trade in 😉
Nice job , thx
I would add to make sure the Metal lock feature is rotated to the lock position then tightened because you can tighten it and not be located on the lip fully.
start on unlock position, tighten in lock position with indicators.
I just installed them on my ram 1500 not to long ago. They actually work pretty well
Looks like a nice product. I've really like their floor mats.
Also great to see you Carl.
The bottom lock kept would not stay locked
Hey I didn't design them manufacture them or get any money to put them on from weathertech I was just sharing my experience.
No offense was meant. Just info given.
That will help that white truck stay clean.
Thanks for the video.. I also found on the rear flaps the "tab" would only fit over the plastic edging and not the metal too.
they haven't fallen off as of yet. Thanks for the comment.
Weathertech makes decent products
What make are those flares you have ?? Id love something like that for my Chev !
the flares are factory, part of the All Terrain package.
fuck hes cool
Nice done!
Are they plastic or rubber ?
plastic
I put a pair of WeatherTech mud flaps on the front of my 06 dodge 3500. Tired of getting mud thrown up onto my front doors. These fixed that.
Iron Golem now that you said that I might have to put a set on my Dodge
