If you right click the AFK channel in this case, click then on create a sub-channel, basically a normal channel but with some kind of gap :)

This is a spacer which you can create by right- clicking on your teamspeak server's name at the top and click create spacer

At the side of your server groups it says "5" "6" etc, but at the side of mine it says like "46723" and random numbers. Why is this?

I don't understand the channel permssions if I make a channel only for admins or only for an owner

admins can access all channels . channel admins only have perms in the channel they are admin. otherwise they have no extra perms than a normal user.
