Well, both of them are Erudition Path and can launch AOE follow up attacks so they will take benefit when PF returns with Follow Up and AOE turbilance.

Yes most definitely, start with Herta since she is always free E6 units, she's literally the 2nd strongest unit for PF at the moment.
