作為長期與減脂奮鬥人真的覺得當歸不用減啦你的身材就是我的目標😭😭不過當歸減的話還是要注意攝取夠熱量喔 因為你一天只吃兩餐的話不要長期吃少於基礎代謝喔不然會容易掉代謝以及賀爾蒙
低脂餐其實不是沒有攝取油脂 而是攝取好油 比如酪梨、堅果、魚油、適量動物脂肪等
攝取足夠優質蛋白質與蔬果
和少精緻澱粉、戒糖、少反式脂肪等💪💪👍🏻👍🏻
