I was sexually abused by my father. Been holding on to this but tonight i felt like this huge weight just came out of my shoulder... i cried a lot listenning to that series of forgiveness..but as you said revenge is for my God ... i am not the judge God is and he will take care of it. This is something I struggle with so difficult to forgive my biggest prayer would be to somehow heal the anger and bitterness like a rage inside I know God is our vindicator vengeance is his ….. I’m searching for how to forgive myself because I’ve now got poly arthritis and I think it’s connected to my lack of self forgiveness. Arthritis is the body attacking itself so it’s a bit like self flagellation. Any advice would be appreciated. I am a Born Again Christian.
