A similar generator pushes my car with a driver and a passenger. I like it. I also like to make interesting projects, one of which I do on my RUclips channel.
Hello and well don you make good job Pleace thell me its posiboll to run car althernator- sensorless motor with sensor controler .Because I want to buy a powerful controller but all are sensor, I also have a motor alternator with 36v 15amrera controller but it is weak for my bike Thank you in advance
can you wire up the drill charger in the energy flow to put power back into batteries ?? Like the alternator pushing power into charger back to batteries to the alternator again?
If your going to make a video, you need to get the microphone close to your mouth so everyone can here you and speak up and talk clearly !! Also zoom in on the labels on your controler and your motors and altinators so everyone will know exactly what to get if they want to get the same thing that your showing !! It's terrible watching an interesting video and not being able to here or not knowing what to get. There are a lot of us that need simplicity and shown exactly what to do that don't know how to do any of this stuff.
Now as I browsed trough eBay, I remembered that the thing I was wondering about, was that many of the speed controllers have a Note: Only fit for Motor with sensors. Is your controller that way? Do you have a link for your controller? I think it mostly affects the startup of the motor.
Robert Hargrove hey I'm building a ebike with a alternator as brushless motor, I used a small rc controller and servo tester to get it running ,so I purchased a 48 volt 1500 watt controller, I hooked the motor and battery's up to my ebike controller and then figured out the lock cable has to go to the main Positive of the battery pack to turn the controller on, and then I wired my twist throttle to the controller, the colors of the wires were the same, but I got no response from my twist throttle, so I started to question my controller, but then I learned if you plug the self study cables from the controller together the motor started to turn at a steady speed, so I know the controller is good, also I am getting a voltage reading from the throttle wires but then I twist my throttle the motor won't turn, idk how to tell if the throttle is wired right and don't know how to tell how to wire it properly, from my controller the throttle cables are red blue and black, and from my twist throttle it's red blue and black, what should I do? also how much voltage to the rotor
Robert Hargrove I have the same plan as yours but can you help me on the controller ?? can you go to the website LAZADA.PH and check for the parts that I need. the parts that all I have now is the battery, and the alternator. I will appreciate your effort if you please help me. BTW my skills are not yet good at electronics but I can understand some. please help me
the motor has 3 wires and the controller 2, how do I connect it?

Are you using Hall effect sensors inside the motor? Thanks
Thanks for the video! I was planning to use the same type of controller but I was not 100% sure if it would work, thank you for testing it for me! :)
What was that thing at the very top?
It's a smaller battery pack, which is used to power the field coil.
Could you please tell me what type of controller you used and where you got it.
Why is better in delta connection that star?Do you use hall sensors ?

How much is the wattage of the alternator?
alternators can easily get 1500-2000W or more
no one seems to mention that you need a controller that can be SENSORLESS. Greentime sells them.

Could you please show how you wired it?
What are the maximum rpm for this brushless motor
some alternators gets up to 9000rpm
Were to find controller with 3 leads out for motor usually online only have 2leads out for motor.
brushed controllers no, brushless controllers is that you need
Where can I get all of these things to build my own e bike ..???.. I love your concept way better

Link to twist throttle please?
can u please xplain the voltage controller connection clearly
do you connected the sensor wires in the controller..??
I guess hall sensor wires are not connected as there is no hall sensor in the alternator. The two brushes do the work of hall sensor so to say.
Sorry guys I'm horrible with the email but I do read the comments
I search online but the controller connection to the motor only have 2 leads out
I'm working on getting this setup in a small atv it may take till spring but that's the plan

Did you ever get it in the ATV?
pls.. clearly shows the connections wire
If you want me I 'l do video of wiring an alternatir as a motor
very nice i have so many questions !
agree with you Man
let go !! e-bike!!
Hight speed lower power
hi
