Great insights in all of your videos! To understand the implication of fraud, some people simply need to understand what the word 'illegal' means and that it comes with 'consequences.' I have a request about Nevada laws, the implications of consumer bankruptcies to the consumers, and what they should look out for to keep their transportation before, during, and after filing for Chapter 7. I am certain consumers will ask themselves how to get to and from work sooner or later. Finance corporations and dealers should be interested in keeping consumers moving instead of returning their vehicles and not paying. Tons of folks out there won't be able to pay their credit cards and other bills with 'greedflation', and the growing cost eventually will catch up. And it will as it has in the past. Typically, everyone wants to stay in their vehicle rather than walk to work. The court could take a vehicle that is paid off but worth more than the legal exception. So where's the balance, and is there a win-win situation in a bankruptcy crisis? It would be great if you, down the road, could dedicate a segment to the subject and share your knowledge and experience.
Best not to take any car loan. Or at least pay in cash as much as you can and take a loan as small as possible. This is why Americans are always broke and must depend on banks which perpetuates their poverty and dependence on bank parasites
HATE that the bank goes at the dealership. I guess they figure the dealer needs to have the investment in infrastructure to combat the fraud. Unfair, but i wonder what the recourse is for the dealership? To sue the fraudster? Don't get me wrong i don't care for dishonest dealers with zero integrity - but so many dealers are NOT like that and it sucks if they get hit.
The bank can eventually tell if something is funky with a dealer or customer pool. The repo return rate. If a dealerships deals all together goez over 6% bad deal rate. AUDIT TIME !!!!! The banks underwriting department will start dancing to the BLAME SOME ONE ELSE POKA.

Some of these used car dealers; it seems like all they care about is the down payment. That's their profit. If they want $2k down; they got their money. Car gets repo'd and they just sell it again over and over.
Actually dealers sell cars to ppl who just show them their paystubs and their matricula(Mexican ID) they’re approving anyone for up to $25k in my area, 90 days no payments
Dealers are so into selling car loans instead of accepting cash. Turns out many buyers do fraudulent transactions. Dealers could have made some money accepting cash and no hassle fake transaction. Cash is still the best
Faking information/documents in order to secure a contract (such as a loan) is also a crime. It's called Fraudulent Inducement and if found (and prosecuted succesfully) negates the entire contract outright AND opens you up to an additional legal action. Faking with "paper" hasn't worked since like pre 2010, just don't. You might make it 6 months, tops.

As a dealer you can make more money for ever by not committing fraud. Never have to look over your shoulder for trouble from your previous deals. Can go to court and defend your deals with confidence.
facts
To the dealerships out there....if their credit report show a CKPT, it's a CPN. Ask for proof of social, and these will be the following excuses. 1) I lost it.
2) It's at home. (Wont hear from them again.)
3) Its coming in the mail.
4) I misplaced it.
My credit score is 0 because I refuse to use credit and get into more debt (already have medical bills I can't pay).
3 years post bk and self employed i bought a brand new tesla in april and they didnt ask for one piece of information and approved it in 8 minutes and my score isnt even 700 (but everything is good, paid, current and not one late blemish in 3.5 years). LOL
my credit union wanted like 4-5 things to give me a credit card and ive been with them for over a decade. tesla, nothing at all....crazy times
Just for fun. I have 750+score i did put 45% DP in Toyota Dealership in St. Louis. After i told financial manager that i have pre aproval and his interest is to high - he stand up and asked me and my wife to leave. And then he left a room😂🤷🏻♂️
Did you tell him that after yalll got to a price point? Wondering when it’s a good time to tell a salesman that lol. Currently in the same situation lol
@@northstar_7 Yes, we already talking about payments. He used all stereotypical clowns technics to gouge me. 😂 And than he just asked us to leave😂. When i called general manger today, he is like: yes, i did know that. He get on to my office and told me that he kick you guys out😂
@@VladimirFromUS damn 😂 did you end up getting the car? I need to work on my negotiation
@@northstar_7 Not yet, will pick it up this week. Interest rate difference was 2,5%

Been seeing a lot of hood people hopping out of Mercedes benz’s…
How can we be in the middle of a recession when GDP has grown in the last 2 quarters and unemployment is still at 4 percent or lower?
This crap been around for 20 years,, who was it who said “ theres a sucker born every day’
Whatever happened to calling the employer and verifying employment
Best not to take any car loan. Or at least pay in cash as much as you can and take a loan as small as possible. This is why Americans are always broke and must depend on banks which perpetuates their poverty and dependence on bank parasites
So much auto loan fraud would blow your mind….you didn’t talk about independent dealers doing “kick the trade” deals
I didn’t even know you can but fake paystubs and bank statements. That shit sounds surreal that it even exists, but you learn something new everyday
McLovin! Dude got the best references 😁😁
This is why we can't have nice things
HATE that the bank goes at the dealership. I guess they figure the dealer needs to have the investment in infrastructure to combat the fraud. Unfair, but i wonder what the recourse is for the dealership? To sue the fraudster? Don't get me wrong i don't care for dishonest dealers with zero integrity - but so many dealers are NOT like that and it sucks if they get hit.
We always want to believe we can work a special deal to circumvent the process. Pay your bills. That works every time.
Love the shirt
This is happening alot in Atlanta area.
The bank can eventually tell if something is funky with a dealer or customer pool. The repo return rate. If a dealerships deals all together goez over 6% bad deal rate. AUDIT TIME !!!!! The banks underwriting department will start dancing to the BLAME SOME ONE ELSE POKA.
like the shirt....i want to do a C8 with that paint and Gulf
Dan good content Lucky. Enjoyed the show, and oh yeah I want that shirt
well good! I'm glad theyre doing this

I’m trying to buy a used super car. Should I save up some more and wait or act now? I feel like the prices are so much more inflated than they were 3-5 years ago and the interest rates are insane 😩 over $200k for an Audi R8 V10 is nuts, that’s how much lambo’s used to cost
I learn so much from you bro never miss a video goodshit bro❤
Never add an authorized user. Not even for a family member. They screwed up their credit and will run that card up to the credit limit. You pay.
GET IN TOUCH ❤
Car prices need to come down. Need stripped down base models of all vehicles.
Some of these used car dealers; it seems like all they care about is the down payment. That's their profit. If they want $2k down; they got their money. Car gets repo'd and they just sell it again over and over.
no interest in buying a car right now but i love this guys videos.
Actually dealers sell cars to ppl who just show them their paystubs and their matricula(Mexican ID) they’re approving anyone for up to $25k in my area, 90 days no payments
Wow! I had no idea the bad guys were so clever to come up with these schemes.
3:55 I see this sentence as encouraging or at least informing fraudsters that they can get away with it
There is NO Recession at the Expensive drive-thru Chicken restaurants in America folks.
What is Mike's info for credit repair? I need to have some inquiries removed.
Also, what is a CPN good for?
its not good for anything any more
Dealers are so into selling car loans instead of accepting cash. Turns out many buyers do fraudulent transactions. Dealers could have made some money accepting cash and no hassle fake transaction. Cash is still the best
Dealership do fraud too all the time .
Lucky Lopez, again, keeping it real! 👍🏼
CASH IS STILL KING!!!
You might make it 6 months, tops.
what plane is that wing desk from
I got a loan with bank statements because I just moved money in and out of crypto from my bank account. It was the same money but it showed a bunch of deposits every week. They didn't even ask to see the withdrawals.
Great Shirt!
Nation of creditors and those that kick sh¡t down the line.
Be careful what you buy and how it’s financed, lot’s of hustlers!
Thanks for the sold information
I’m paying off both my vehicles next week. My question is, how long until that shows up in a credit report or some kind of verification? I’m looking into buying a Ram 3500 diesel.
I have a 2017 ram 3500 dually, diesel. Air ride, new tires, deleted, beautiful truck! 30k....let me know!
Always the BEST CONTENT❤
