When ever you hear someone saying I, ME, US, WE understood the Quran like this or like that then know that this is where the misguidance is rooted, because that's like saying I know better than the messenger, his companions and the rightly guided first 3 generations of the Salaf. And the main reasons why you get these Quran only Muslims is because they are troubled by some Hadiths so instead of understanding thry reject it.
Fallacy in your reply: Shia say we follow the quran, messenger, companion, salaf and they follow their version of Islam. Sunni says they follow all this as well. The only common thing between both of them is Quran. Rest is all interpretation. It is one thing to take guidance from early written arabic books to find the meaning of certain words or may be context of some old stories. Its another thing all together to CREATE a whole religion out of hadiths which a lot of salafi muslims are trying to do. Following quran only makes much more sense as it does not come with a baggage of 'fallible human made interpretations/opinions'. Its just clear cut - This is what Allah has asked humans, and this is what one should do. Hadiths are troubling as mostly salafi muslims are trying to shove hadiths rather than quran and quran is basically in the background. Allah says in the quran that it is complete book. Why need external sources for its understanding?
Fee Crux there's a lot of historical background knowledge and other stuff needed to interpret the Quran soundly. By following Quran only I'm assuming you throw this all out? God made it clear that certain people and generations understand the Quran better than others, so does it not make sense to look at it through their lense rather than your own?
this is same with when a christian debating hamza said that muslim husband can beat their wife to he's heart's content because Quran did not mention the limitation.
this guy is saying that he is following the qur'aan only and not the hadith (sunnah) as it explains every thing to his understanding. my question to him would be that the qur'aan instructs the believer to perform salaah, can he tell me or show me how to perform salaah from the qur'aan only?
In order to understand the Quran, the most important thing is to learn Arabic root words and then of course the Arabic grammar. Then while reading the Quran in Arabic we get an understanding of the tone and the flow of it. The more we read it the more God makes it clear for us, which in return allows us through our research of hadiths to distinguish what is true from what is false.
The prophet (pbuh) warned us against them in a hadith (which they heretically deny as one would expect): “Soon there will come a time that a man will be reclining on his pillow, and when one of my hadiths is narrated he will say: ‘The Book of Allah is (sufficient) between us and you. Whatever it states is permissible, we will take as permissible, and whatever it states is forbidden, we will take as forbidden.’ Verily, whatever the Messenger of Allah has forbidden is like that which Allah has forbidden.” (Reported by Ahmad, Abu Daawood, Ibn Maajah and at-Tirmidhee, who declared it hasan. Al-Albaanee declared it saheeh in Saheehul-Jaami’ (no.8186))
Sorry but you can not give your own interpretation of a language that you do not speak. There is no point saying, to me it means this and that. The brother should consult the tafseer and learn from the scholars/experts.
The biggest proof against the Quranist narrative is that the Quran itself refers us outside of the Quran for judgement on differences of opinion. Two verses from the Qur'an which put his argument to rest: O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger (ie. Quran and Sunnah), if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result. (4:59) Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination. (53:3) If the Quran is all we take knowledge from, then why does it refer to the prophet and Islamic authorities for judgement? And why does it say that the prophets' speech is not his own inclination?
No I am Sunni, but have began to research Quranist point if view as of last week. So far, arguments from Sunnis against Quranists is not convincing but granted I want to be 100% sure of that and it wont be done in a week.
PrincessFareeha u cant understand the Qur'an alone even if u try to look at the translations u have to look to the traditions to understand it. E.g: prayer
ghulam hazrat if traditions are required to show how prayer is done, then thats not proof that traditions are required. This is what i see a lot, Sunni muslims saying over and over again that traditions are needed to practice Islam fully, but how will you convince someone that doesnt believe hadiths are required at all to be a Muslim? i hope u see my point
PrincessFareeha how u gonna know then how to prayer and fast and haj...? there r lots of things that Quran mentioned but explained thorouly by sunnah and traditions
Brother Hijab & Ali are a match made in heaven when it comes to dawah with all kind of audience... May Allah Swt preserve and bless them in this field even further Ameen..,
Quranist says forgot about the language.... then goes on to say 'You have to believe in every word it says.' .... but yet he is reading a translation!! 🤕He has no clue and very arrogant!
Brother Muhammad, I think you should do a video about which scientific/philosophical books to read as Muslims and how to approach dawah to better understand the scientific and atheistic perspective and hence as Muslims, be able to challenge these ideas. I think this would direct many Muslims out there including myself.
its common sense that to have translation from arabic you need to know arabic in the first place. He doesnt understand because its only "Allah who gives hidayah" we can only deliver the message.
I know a guy who became Muslim then after one year became Quranist. Its absolutely sad, the way the make the argue, it is like cutting the branch on which they are standing.
Brother Mohammed, great advise to the brother. But unfortunately the brother is very confused and keeps making mistakes in what he is saying. May Allah guide him and give him that understanding. Subhan-Allah
This man who doesn't know the Arabic language trying to argue with those proficient in Arabic. This man needs to listen more and argue less. Brother Mohammed's knowledge of Arabic is immense Alhumdulilah.
Interestingly enough, this guy is a walking sign! According to the Hadiths of prophet (pbuh), he said towards the Last Day you'll see certain people rejecting Hadiths and saying my only authority is the Qur'an. My advice to brother Hijaab is to watch (alltruthrevevealed) to use the person's argument against him. I immensely benefited from that brother and Iam sure you will.
even though brother Muhammad is using the linguistics of the Qur'an, the other guy keeps accusing him of using the hadith as his basis for interpreting it that way. The fact of the matter is, his twisting of the Arabic grammar, his insistence on "ignoring the language", using verses that us a form as the word "hadith" in a totally different context, all stems from the fact that he, himself, is using his rejection of the hadith as his basis for interpreting the Qur'an.
I had a run in with a Quranist on a bus in Egypt (Roxy area) going to Alf Maskin. The people around him wanted to beat him for the stuff he was saying. The Quranist didn't want to listen and they are very arrogant. May Allah swt guide us all AmeeeeeeeeeN
Kawa Kurdi prostration like all the prophets and surah 17:111 states what the say during prayer, also the Quran only mentions three prayers a day, not five.
"And man supplicates for evil as he supplicates for good, and man is ever hasty." Thats all it says. Im asking, do they pray like Muslims who follow hadith? Like going into sujjod, and all the other actions during prayer. Also when they do wudu, how do they do it without following the hadith? So do they pray 3 times a day and not 5?
this man is arrogant and stubborn... brother Hijab,u shud hv asked him how he will give Dawah to non muslims evn when he himself rejects a part of Quran.
In the Qur'aan it also says to obey Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam. If you didn't accept and believe the Hadiths... than how would you know how to and what to obey. It's simple as that.
this Hadith rejector is lost man. bringing zero substance to his argument, rejecting logic and claiming that br Mohammed is only saying things which fit the Sunni narrative while doing the exact same thing (without substance). may Allah swt guide this Hadith rejectors ameen.
so if hadeeth word in Quran means the hadeeth of prophet Mohammad PBUH then what about the aayah ‘‘ الله نزل احسن الحديث كتابا متشابها مثاني تقشعر منه جلود الذين يخشون ربهم" In this aayah (verse) (39:23) the word hadeeth actually means Quran.
The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Verily I have been given the Qur’an and something like it with it. Soon a man who has eaten his fill, resting on his couch, will say : ‘You must follow this Qur’an; whatever you find in it as permissible, then regard it as permissible, and whatever you find in it as prohibited, then regard it as prohibited. Verily, whatever the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has prohibited is like that which Allah has prohibited.” It was narrated by at-Tirmidhi (2664) who said: It is hasan ghareeb with this isnaad. It was classed as hasan by al-Albaani in as-Silsilah as-Saheehah (2870) The 'prediction' of the emergence of this kind of people (inkarus-sunnah) has came since 1400 years ago.
He is very annoying actually .. when Hijab talks , he keep silent , you thought he is understanding .. then he jumps shouting as if he founds something to bomb the arguments of Hijab , really --' He wasn't even listening correctly with good intention, he is looking for anything to bomb the discussion .. Ugh --'
This simpleton brother from Yorkshire lacks the basic intellectual capacity to follow and appreciate rules of Arabic. Respect to brother Mohammed he tried so hard. Like cracking your head against as rock 😂😂😂
Islam means to worship Allah as One and obey the messenger of the time. The previous nations before believed in Allah but disobeyed their prophet and therefore were destroyed. The only way to worship Allah the right way is to follow the Messenger SAW which has been preserved through the authentic ahadith--it is a miracle from Allah that only the Muslims have this. To go with the Quran alone you will just go into your own desires and understanding. Without the Sunnah we don't know HOW to make wudu', to pray, fast, perform hajj, and this is where innovations start and all innovations lead to misguidance and finally the Hellfire.
thankyou brother hijab for your excellent talk and debate. u r a great speaker debater and I always learn so much from u as I'm sure most of the viewers do to. you have been gifted with great amounts of knowledge and you have a very deep understanding of all the holy scriptures.. may the Lord bless and reward u for all your efforts in giving Dawah ameen I think the problem is this brother doesn't understand Quranic Arabic therefore doesn't have a clear meaning or understanding of the verses of the holy Quran. we have hadiths to understand and learn the prophets actions and sayings so we can try to do the same and live the way our Prophet lived. hadiths r trusted source of information from the companions who witnessed the actions of the prophet and seen and heard by many of the companions. why does this brother reject helpful information about how the prophet lived and spoke. the hadiths teach as many things about living as a muslim in more detail. also this brother debating brother Hijab prays 3times a day when Islam teaches us to pray 5times a day which all scholars and billions of the muslim ummah world pray the same 5times a day. does he feel he knows better than the muslim ummah and scholars who study the Quran in great detail for many many years who are also very well educated and speak the Quranic Arabic were as this brother doesn't even speak Arabic.. I hope our creator guides this brother and all of us to the right path and gives us the knowledge to practise Islam in the right way and in the way that pleases our creator inshaAllah
I actually understand the secureness of Quranists, but what is wrong with Hadith? These are sayings and statements that took place and have been said, so what is the problem. Off course authenticity can be a point of discussion... may Allah guide us all
وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَى* إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحْيٌ يُوحَى here it's clear ,from the quran, that we should accept every thing our prophet saying to us as revelation.. and for him he need just to take sure that the hadiths really comes from the prophet .. may god guide us all
l like how sincerely the brother is :) . both brothers raised a really interesting point at the end about the difference between ayatollah and alhikma . which will make you ask after what is the kitab , the Quran, and alforkan? for example if you take the verse 48 al emran chapter 3. ( he teach him (Jessus) alkitab AND Alhikma AND Torah AND Alenjil). what's the difference between all of them?
man he wants to ignore the Arabic language and و, if he accepts that it means the same thing then the qur'ān has a grammatical error so it's false or you accept it's both two different things quranic verses and wisdom which is in the confines of the language or u don't which means the qur'ān is grammatical wrong.
SubhaanAllah. You want to follow the Prophet SAW yet you reject the means available to do so. Does the Quran explain how the Prophet ate food, drank water, slept, prayed or made wudu for example. Its so simple which makes this almost painful to watch. This confused brother is a victim of Indian subcontinent brewlvi/ahmadiya brainwashing. May Allah SWT guide us all. Ameen.
i agree and disagree on both sides , i think the authenticity of the Quran comes from the Arabic language. But i also agree the Quran does contain hiqmah (strength and wisdom)
Haroon nisar it contains hikmah but when it grammatically differentiate between" the verses of Allah and wisdom " then you wonder what is the wisdom rather than saying the qur'ān is grammatically wrong due to saying the same thing twice.
Brother Muhammad also agreed that the Quran contains hikmah :-) his only argument was that you need to understand the original Arabic language to understand that hikmah
1450 years every Muslim believed in ahadith , no One believed in the Quran alone, so basically the Prophet his companions didnt do the job> conveying True understanding of islam. when the Prophet or his Companions did taught that, why there was no Single Muslim who believed in this Way!?
Kerem Sogukkan the quranist sect came up in the time of imam shafiie like 220years after hijra they got refuted so did the muta'zila ulema refuted them they deaded out until recently like the 80s. the guy who came up with the idea that was unknown before to the Muslims was called Ibrahim naazzam I believe
just saying I know there were People in the past who rejected SOME AHADITH according to their own Logic, or those ahadith who specify the Quran and Things like that. but were the People who rejected ALL SINGLE ONE HADITH?
First few minutes in futile discussion- How do we know about Sanskrit, old english, french, german etc? We dont need any hadiths for them. The knowledge is passed down through generation to generation.
This is my first time commenting so don't hate lol. Br Muhammad/Ali Dawah (may Allah have mercy on you both) I have been watching your vids for a while now and think your doin well in dawah, however based on fatwas from scholar (salaf and contemporaries) you both need to create vids clarifying your aqeedah fully before anyone can take any real knowledge from you, I'm assuming Ali Dawah is Athari as he affilates with Haitham al Haddad but Br.Mohammed I've heard you quote al ghazali numerous times who before repenting was an ashari (even tho abu hasan ashari ended up changing aqeedah to the way of ibn Hanbal RA I have heard you quote ibn taymiyah(RA) so I don't know plz clarify your aqeedah especially in the attributes of Allah (swt). Finally, I see you were using the "kalam" argument against an atheist in the recent video on scdawahchannel, if you do frequently use kalam, this was the way of the Jahmiyyah, Mutazila etc and according to all the Salaf as Salih you have severly erred eg::IMAM AHMAD IBN HANBAL Imam Ahmad said: "Verily a person of kalaam will never succeed, ever. And you will never see anyone looking into kalaam, except that there is corruption in his heart.” (Ibn Abdu’l-Barr, Jaami Bayaanu’l-Ilm wa Fadlihi, 2/95) Ibn Ahmad Ibn Hanbal said: “My father wrote to Abu’l-Hasan Ubayd-Allah Ibn Yahya Ibn Khaqan at-Turki al-Baghdadi: I am not a person of kalaam, nor do I hold the view of kalaam in anything from this, except what is found in the Book of Allah and the hadith of RasulAllah (saw). So as for other than that, then speaking about it is not praiseworthy.” (al-Harawi, Dhammu’l-Kalaam, baa/216/qaaf) Musa Ibn Abd-Allah at-Tarsusi said: “I heard Ahmad Ibn Hanbal saying: Do not sit with the people of kalaam, even if they are defending the Sunnah.” (Ibnu’l-Jawzi, Manaqibu’l-Imam Ahmad, 205) Abu’l-Haarith as-Siyaagh said: “Whoever loves kalaam, then it will not come out from his heart, and you will not see a person of kalaam succeeding.” (Ibn Battah, al-Ibaanah, 2/539) Imam Ahmad said: "If you see a man loving kalaam, then warn against him.” (Ibn Battah, al-Ibaanah, 2/540) IMAM SHAFI'I Ar-Rabi Ibn Sulayman said: “I heard ash-Shaafi’i saying: If a man were to advise another with his books of knowledge, and amongst them were books containing kalaam, then no advice can be contained in their, because kalaam is not from knowledge.” (al-Harawi, Dhammu’l-Kalaam, qaaf/213; adh-Dhahabi, as-Siyar, 10/30) Hasan az-Za'faraani said: “I heard ash-Shaafi’i saying: I have not debated with anyone using kalaam except once, and I seek forgiveness from Allah for that.” (al-Harawi, Dhammu’l-Kalaam, qaaf/213; adh-Dhahabi, as-Siyar, 10/30) A-Rabi Ibn Sulayman said: “ash-Shaafi’i said: If I wanted to, I could have written a large book against every opponent. However, kalaam is not from my nature, and I do not like that anything from it should be attributed to me.” (al-Harawi, Dhammu’l-Kalaam, qaaf 1215) Yunus al-Misri said: “ash-Shaafi’i said: It is better for a man to spend his whole life doing whatever Allah has prohibited -besides Shirk with Allah- rather than spending his whole life involved in kalaam.” (Ibn Abi Hatim, Manaaqibush-Shaafi'i, 182) IMAM MALIK Abd-Allah Ibn Naafi said: "I heard Malik saying: Even if a man commits all of the major sins, except for Shirk (association) with Allah, then he returns from these desires and innovations, and he mentioned kalaam, he enters Paradise." (Abu Nu'aym, al-Hilyah, 6/325) Ishaq Ibn Isa (Ibn Najih al-Baghdadi) said: "Malik said: Whoever seeks the religion through kalaam will deviate, and whosoever seeks wealth through quantity will become bankrupt, and whosoever seeks strange hadith becomes a liar." (Harawi, Dhammu'l-Kalaam, qaaf/173/alif) Ishaq Ibn Isa said: "I heard Malik Ibn Anas censuring argumentation in the religion and saying: Is to be the case that every time someone comes who can argue better than another that we are to abandon what Jibril brought to Muhammad (saw) because of his argument?" (Khatib, Sharaf Ashaabu'l-Hadith, 5; Lalika'i, Sharh Usoulu'l-I'tiqaad, # 293) Ashab Ibn Abdu'l-Aziz said: "I heard Malik saying: Beware of the innovations. It was said: O Abaa Abd-Allah, what are the innovations? He said: It is the people of innovation who speak about the Names of Allah and His Attributes and His Speech and His Knowledge and His Power; and they do not remain silent about that which the Companions and the tabi'in, and those who followed them in goodness remained silent." (Harawi, Dhammu'l-Kalaam, qaaf/17/alif) Muhammad Ibn Ahmad Ibn Jawiz Mindaad al-Misri al-Maliki said: "It is not permissible to rent anything from the books of the people of desires and innovations. According to our companions, they are the books of the people of kalaam from the Mu'tazilah and other than them, and all licenses concerning that must be dissolved." (Muhammad Ibn Ahmad Ibn Jawiz Mindaad al-Misri al-Maliki, al-Khilaaf, The Book of Salaries; Ibn Abdu'l-Barr, Jaami Bayaanu'l- Ilm wa Fadlihi, 416-417) IMAM ABU HANEEFAH Imam Abu Hanifah said: "The people of desires in al-Basra are many, and I entered it twenty odd times, sometimes I stayed there for a year or more, or less, under the impression that the science of kalaam (rhetoric) was the greatest of sciences." (al-Kurdi, Manaaqib Abi Hanifah, 137) Imam Abu Hanifah said: "I used to look into kalaam, to the extent that I became highly-skilled in it, fingers were pointed at me in regards to it. And I used to sit close to the circle of Hammaad Ibn Abi Sulayman. So a woman came to me, so she said: A man has a slave-woman, he wishes to set her free according to the Sunnah, how should he set her free? So I did not know what to say, so I commanded her to ask Hammaad, then she must return and inform me. So she asked Hammaad, so he said: He should set her free whilst she is free from menstrual periods, and complete the freeing process, then leave her until she has gone through two menstrual cycles. So when she has performed ghusl (ritual bathing), then she becomes permissible for him to marry. So she returned to me, so I said: I have no need for kalaam, and I took my shoes, so I sat with Hammaad." (Tarikh al-Baghdad, 13/333) Imam Abu Hanifah said: "May Allah curse Amr Ibn Ubaydah, for verily he opened up for the people a path to kalaam in that which does not benefit them in terms of kalaam." (al-Harawi, Dhammu'l-Kalaam, 2831) A man asked him saying: "What do you say about the kalaam that he relates to the people about the non-essential characteristics (al-a'raad) and the bodies (al-ajsaam)? So he said: These are philosophical statements. Stick to the athar (narration), and the path of the Salaf and beware of all newly invented affairs, for verily they are innovations." (Dhammu'l-Kalaam, 194) Hammaad Ibn Abi Hanifah said: "My father -may Allah have mercy upon him- entered upon me one day, and with me were a group from the people of kalaam, and we were arguing at a door. So when I heard him approaching the house, I went out to him. So he said to me: O Hammaad! Who is with you? I said: So and so, and so and so, such and such, and such and such, and I named to him those who were with me. So he said to me: O Hammaad! Leave alone al-kalaam (theological rhetoric). And my father was not a man who mixed things up, nor was he from amongst those people who commanded something, then prohibited it. So I said to him: O father! Did you not used to command me with it? He said: Yes! O son of mine! And today I prohibit you from it. I said: And why is that? So he said: O my son! Verily these retarded ones are from the people of kalaam, from amongst those who you will see that they used to be upon one word and one religion, until shaytan came between them. So now you find amongst them enmity and differing, so be upon clarity..." (al-Makki, Manaaqib Abi Hanifah, 183-184) Abu Hanifah said to Abu Yusuf: "Beware of speaking to the common-folk about the foundations of the religion by way of kalaam, since they blindly follow you, so they will become pre-occupied with that." (al-Makki, Manaaqib Abi Hanifah, 373)I'm just getting the message of the salaf across, this is by no means a refutation just advice, I believe you are clearly more knowledgeable than me and hope someone if not you replies.
brother mohammad ma sha allah you debate very very well. how come you don't invite tommy Robinson for a debate? or go see him and have one? he never seems to meet somebody who can keep there composure and actually debate keeping on point. he uses the quran to tell lies and from what i see you know the quran very well both in arabic and english. I'm just saying because i think somebody who can keep their cool should clear up and answer all his falsehood and misconceptions.
This is what happens you think you have studied the Quran, this guy hasn't studied not even 0.0000000000000000........1 recurring hahaha, he is giving his own interpretation. Reciting the Quran whether you understand it or not is rewarding in tenfolds per letter you read, understand is compulsory but he said that verse talking about those coming drunk to Salah is referring to those who dont understand the Quran, it does not eman that at all, he gave his own interpretation hence why he is delusion. How can you reject hadith? Nadhubillah
Mohammed Khan the Arabic Quran makes no sense. You need translations. Also the Quran makes no sense without hadiths. So the bible is way more authentic than the Quran
Pentecostal Missionary I don't need translations. I know Arabic. So your argument is based on the assumption that we need translations is a completely flawed argument. You Christians cannot even agree on the Bible, having different versions. Your Priests and scholars have changed the word of God to suit their desires. Follow the true way of Jesus by worshipping one God only, which till this day is still found in the Bible Never did he ask us to worship him.
The arabic quran doesnt make sense without hadiths, You have 100,00's of hadiths and they all contradict. So we still win. The quran makes no sense. The bible is the truth. Evan allah says to go to the bible. But you dont want to
Pentecostal Missionary who wrote Bible? can God has a son? Can God die? no to the above! all prophets came with one message to worship ONE TRUE GOD, NOT TRINTY, ! Jews worship one true God same as Muslims NOT TRIUNE GOD HEAD! please study biblical history and how Bible was put together, thanks! don't follow blind beliefs!

Ali Dawah bang on response looll .. the only time you ever see people reject the Hadith is when they say that they see something that troubles them
Ali Dawah Ali where did the Prophet say to follow the Companions?
Fee Crux there's a lot of historical background knowledge and other stuff needed to interpret the Quran soundly. By following Quran only I'm assuming you throw this all out? God made it clear that certain people and generations understand the Quran better than others, so does it not make sense to look at it through their lense rather than your own?
Fee Crux and mentioning salafis isn't really a good reason, what about the traditional Sunnis who follow a proper madhab? They don't reject Hadith
And the Qur'an says: "Nor does he (Muhammad pbuh) speak from [his own] inclination. It is not but a revelation revealed," (an-Najm 3-4)
He has an ego problem, can't fathom the idea that he is wrong. May Allah protect us from arrogance and ignorance!
doesn't know arabic, wants to translate it himself! Subhanallah. I LEARNT arabic and i know what difference it makes in reading the quran
Hadith is a science! Lol ilmul hadith...confused.com
قراءنا عربيا غير ذي عوج!!
حكمة is obviously the hadith. Now he says translate it lol. Wallahi i feel bad for him, may Allah guide his lost soul and give him humility
31:26 he already told you the translation word by word ! Subhanallah.
lol when translating an arabic book, you can't disregard the arabic language
Brother 1- "The Arabic is going right over my head"
Brother 2- "That's part of the problem"
this guy is so funny hes arguing about arabic and he doesnt even know it
31:46 The Arabic is going over my head', brother Mohammed 's response 'Yeah, that's part of the problem'. 🤣😂🤣😂
Muhammad: Im telling you in arabic language..
Quran alone guy: Forget the language.......
Im speechless....
Muslims accepting the Quran and disregarding the Hadiths.
Its a sign of Qiyamah coming close.
You're a Qur'ani who has studied the Qur'an with no Arabic???!!! #walkawaybrothers
The preservation of the language, was a science.
The Somalian brother right at the end summed it up 'he's (Mohammad hijab)using the Quran and you are using your own ideas'
May allah guide him..
this is the first time I have encountered with Quranist!!
forget about the laaaanguaaage thats the most important thing to truly understand the Quran
Definition of science: a systematically organized body of knowledge on a particular subject.
e.g. "the science of criminology".
this is same with when a christian debating hamza said that muslim husband can beat their wife to he's heart's content because Quran did not mention the limitation.
True. You always do need context otherwise you can't understand the whole picture.
My man doesn't even know Arabic and is trying to explain the Quran through his 'own interpretation'
😂😂😂😂
this guy is saying that he is following the qur'aan only and not the hadith (sunnah) as it explains every thing to his understanding. my question to him would be that the qur'aan instructs the believer to perform salaah, can he tell me or show me how to perform salaah from the qur'aan only?
In order to understand the Quran, the most important thing is to learn Arabic root words and then of course the Arabic grammar. Then while reading the Quran in Arabic we get an understanding of the tone and the flow of it. The more we read it the more God makes it clear for us, which in return allows us through our research of hadiths to distinguish what is true from what is false.
The prophet (pbuh) warned us against them in a hadith (which they heretically deny as one would expect):
“Soon there will come a time that a man will be reclining on his pillow, and when one of my hadiths is narrated he will say: ‘The Book of Allah is (sufficient) between us and you.
Two verses from the Qur'an which put his argument to rest:
O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger (ie. Quran and Sunnah), if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result. (4:59)
Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination. (53:3)
If the Quran is all we take knowledge from, then why does it refer to the prophet and Islamic authorities for judgement? And why does it say that the prophets' speech is not his own inclination?
Allahu Akbar!! Now we want to interpret the Qur'an on our own!! La Hawla Wala Kuwwata Ella Bellah.. Allahumma Fakkihna Fel Deen..
May Allah A'zza Wa Jal guide this Quranist brother.
The guy isnt accepting it due to hes desires (hawaa).
May Allah aza wa jal guide him to islam
Someone has not come across this ayah. It is only those among His servants who have knowledge (الْعُلَمَاءُ) that fear Allah.[35:28]
i was just starting to look into Quran alone muslims, thanks for the upload
PrincessFareeha r u a Qur'anist too?
May Allah Swt preserve and bless them in this field even further Ameen..,
He just wants to live the life he wants to live lol
Allahuma baarek once again brother Mohammad nailed may Allah keep us on the straight path
Amiin
I know a guy who became Muslim then after one year became Quranist. Its absolutely sad, the way the make the argue, it is like cutting the branch on which they are standing.
Brother Mohammed, great advise to the brother. But unfortunately the brother is very confused and keeps making mistakes in what he is saying. May Allah guide him and give him that understanding. Subhan-Allah
This man who doesn't know the Arabic language trying to argue with those proficient in Arabic. This man needs to listen more and argue less. Brother Mohammed's knowledge of Arabic is immense Alhumdulilah.
A student cannot argue with his teacher who has more knowledge. He must listen and learn.
rubber dinghy rapids brooooo
Interestingly enough, this guy is a walking sign! According to the Hadiths of prophet (pbuh), he said towards the Last Day you'll see certain people rejecting Hadiths and saying my only authority is the Qur'an. My advice to brother Hijaab is to watch (alltruthrevevealed) to use the person's argument against him. I immensely benefited from that brother and Iam sure you will.
like taking to the wall 😂
even though brother Muhammad is using the linguistics of the Qur'an, the other guy keeps accusing him of using the hadith as his basis for interpreting it that way. The fact of the matter is, his twisting of the Arabic grammar, his insistence on "ignoring the language", using verses that us a form as the word "hadith" in a totally different context, all stems from the fact that he, himself, is using his rejection of the hadith as his basis for interpreting the Qur'an.
Adil Ahmed bhumhg
I had a run in with a Quranist on a bus in Egypt (Roxy area) going to Alf Maskin. The people around him wanted to beat him for the stuff he was saying. The Quranist didn't want to listen and they are very arrogant. May Allah swt guide us all
AmeeeeeeeeeN
I wonder how do Quranists pray? Because the Quran does not say how to pray, the hadiths do. Anyone explain?
Kawa Kurdi prostration like all the prophets and surah 17:111 states what the say during prayer, also the Quran only mentions three prayers a day, not five.
"And man supplicates for evil as he supplicates for good, and man is ever hasty."
Thats all it says. Im asking, do they pray like Muslims who follow hadith? Like going into sujjod, and all the other actions during prayer. Also when they do wudu, how do they do it without following the hadith?
So do they pray 3 times a day and not 5?
After 19:51 there's no point debating ...May Allah guide the brother.
May Allah guide him
It's 's not easy explaining something to someone who has not pass his driving test.
this man is arrogant and stubborn... brother Hijab,u shud hv asked him how he will give Dawah to non muslims evn when he himself rejects a part of Quran.
In the Qur'aan it also says to obey Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam. If you didn't accept and believe the Hadiths... than how would you know how to and what to obey. It's simple as that.
this Hadith rejector is lost man. bringing zero substance to his argument, rejecting logic and claiming that br Mohammed is only saying things which fit the Sunni narrative while doing the exact same thing (without substance). may Allah swt guide this Hadith rejectors ameen.
the Quraan instructs to follow the Sunnah
This guy is my arabic teacher
Brother Muhammed brilliant as always ما شاء ا الله. Brother Muhammed do you follow any of the 4 madhab?
I think I heard him say that he is shafi'i in one of his videos. I don't remember tho.
Bro, what time do you turn up to Hyde Park I was there up until about 3PM.
so if hadeeth word in Quran means the hadeeth of prophet Mohammad PBUH then what about the aayah ‘‘ الله نزل احسن الحديث كتابا متشابها مثاني تقشعر منه جلود الذين يخشون ربهم"
In this aayah (verse) (39:23) the word hadeeth actually means Quran.
Verily, whatever the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has prohibited is like that which Allah has prohibited.”
It was narrated by at-Tirmidhi (2664) who said: It is hasan ghareeb with this isnaad. It was classed as hasan by al-Albaani in as-Silsilah as-Saheehah (2870)
The 'prediction' of the emergence of this kind of people (inkarus-sunnah) has came since 1400 years ago.
Salamualekum akhi
This quranist was atleast well mannered, unlike the one who spoke with br adnan..
LOL, WHOS UNCLE IS THIS?
صراحة هذا الرجل لا يلتفت إليهOne question, how do you pray?
thankyou brother hijab for your excellent talk and debate. u r a great speaker debater and I always learn so much from u as I'm sure most of the viewers do to. you have been gifted with great amounts of knowledge and you have a very deep understanding of all the holy scriptures.. may the Lord bless and reward u for all your efforts in giving Dawah ameen
I think the problem is this brother doesn't understand Quranic Arabic therefore doesn't have a clear meaning or understanding of the verses of the holy Quran. we have hadiths to understand and learn the prophets actions and sayings so we can try to do the same and live the way our Prophet lived. hadiths r trusted source of information from the companions who witnessed the actions of the prophet and seen and heard by many of the companions. why does this brother reject helpful information about how the prophet lived and spoke. the hadiths teach as many things about living as a muslim in more detail. also this brother debating brother Hijab prays 3times a day when Islam teaches us to pray 5times a day which all scholars and billions of the muslim ummah world pray the same 5times a day. does he feel he knows better than the muslim ummah and scholars who study the Quran in great detail for many many years who are also very well educated and speak the Quranic Arabic were as this brother doesn't even speak Arabic.. I hope our creator guides this brother and all of us to the right path and gives us the knowledge to practise Islam in the right way and in the way that pleases our creator inshaAllah
الله اكبر!!!!
I actually understand the secureness of Quranists, but what is wrong with Hadith? These are sayings and statements that took place and have been said, so what is the problem. Off course authenticity can be a point of discussion... may Allah guide us all
here it's clear ,from the quran, that we should accept every thing our prophet saying to us as revelation..
and for him he need just to take sure that the hadiths really comes from the prophet .. may god guide us all
l like how sincerely the brother is :) . both brothers raised a really interesting point at the end about the difference between ayatollah and alhikma . which will make you ask after what is the kitab , the Quran, and alforkan? for example if you take the verse 48 al emran chapter 3. ( he teach him (Jessus) alkitab AND Alhikma AND Torah AND Alenjil). what's the difference between all of them?
Are these guys Shia's...? M really fascinated with these guys, they're so close, yet so far..
Look at the Egyptian brother, Mashallah - the size of a house. Looks like he could eat you for protein if you got him mad lol.
lol Blue is blue because blue IS blue!
man he wants to ignore the Arabic language and و, if he accepts that it means the same thing then the qur'ān has a grammatical error so it's false or you accept it's both two different things quranic verses and wisdom which is in the confines of the language or u don't which means the qur'ān is grammatical wrong.
at 38 mins my man just described himself 😂😂😂
Brother Muhammad also agreed that the Quran contains hikmah :-) his only argument was that you need to understand the original Arabic language to understand that hikmah
he didn't said that in simple way and decided to not talk about it .which is i am very angry at muhammad
Brother please do a video on the process of the major signs of the Day of Judgement. Especially the Mahdi cos I think his time is near
This man was very deluded..
and why does he not belief in the hadiths ?
First few minutes in futile discussion- How do we know about Sanskrit, old english, french, german etc? We dont need any hadiths for them. The knowledge is passed down through generation to generation.
logic vs no logic- no point speaking to the man he speaks without any reasoning
Lol thought he was sid from Sid n dina
oh my goodness
What about Muslims who believe that the message of Al-Qur'an is, "Love for all, hatred for none"?

Finally, I see you were using the "kalam" argument against an atheist in the recent video on scdawahchannel, if you do frequently use kalam, this was the way of the Jahmiyyah, Mutazila etc and according to all the Salaf as Salih you have severly erred eg::IMAM AHMAD IBN HANBAL
Imam Ahmad said: "Verily a person
of kalaam will never succeed, ever. And you will never see anyone looking into
kalaam, except that there is corruption in his heart.” (Ibn Abdu’l-Barr, Jaami
Bayaanu’l-Ilm wa Fadlihi, 2/95)
Ibn Ahmad Ibn Hanbal said: “My father
wrote to Abu’l-Hasan Ubayd-Allah Ibn Yahya Ibn Khaqan at-Turki al-Baghdadi: I am
not a person of kalaam, nor do I hold the view of kalaam in anything from this,
except what is found in the Book of Allah and the hadith of RasulAllah (saw). So
as for other than that, then speaking about it is not praiseworthy.” (al-Harawi,
Dhammu’l-Kalaam, baa/216/qaaf)
Musa Ibn Abd-Allah at-Tarsusi said: “I
heard Ahmad Ibn Hanbal saying: Do not sit with the people of kalaam, even if
they are defending the Sunnah.” (Ibnu’l-Jawzi, Manaqibu’l-Imam Ahmad,
205)
Abu’l-Haarith as-Siyaagh said: “Whoever loves kalaam, then it will
not come out from his heart, and you will not see a person of kalaam
succeeding.” (Ibn Battah, al-Ibaanah, 2/539)
Imam Ahmad said: "If you see a man loving
kalaam, then warn against him.” (Ibn Battah, al-Ibaanah, 2/540)
IMAM SHAFI'I
Ar-Rabi Ibn Sulayman said: “I heard
ash-Shaafi’i saying: If a man were to advise another with his books of
knowledge, and amongst them were books containing kalaam, then no advice can be
contained in their, because kalaam is not from knowledge.” (al-Harawi,
Dhammu’l-Kalaam, qaaf/213; adh-Dhahabi, as-Siyar, 10/30)
Hasan
az-Za'faraani said: “I heard ash-Shaafi’i saying: I have not debated with anyone
using kalaam except once, and I seek forgiveness from Allah for that.”
(al-Harawi, Dhammu’l-Kalaam, qaaf/213; adh-Dhahabi, as-Siyar,
10/30)
A-Rabi Ibn Sulayman said: “ash-Shaafi’i said: If I wanted to, I
could have written a large book against every opponent. However, kalaam is not
from my nature, and I do not like that anything from it should be attributed to
me.” (al-Harawi, Dhammu’l-Kalaam, qaaf 1215)
Yunus
al-Misri said: “ash-Shaafi’i said: It is better for a man to spend his whole
life doing whatever Allah has prohibited -besides Shirk with Allah- rather than
spending his whole life involved in kalaam.” (Ibn Abi Hatim,
Manaaqibush-Shaafi'i, 182)
IMAM
MALIK
Abd-Allah Ibn Naafi said: "I heard Malik saying: Even if a man
commits all of the major sins, except for Shirk (association) with Allah, then
he returns from these desires and innovations, and he mentioned kalaam, he
enters Paradise." (Abu Nu'aym, al-Hilyah, 6/325)
Ishaq Ibn Isa (Ibn Najih
al-Baghdadi) said: "Malik said: Whoever seeks the religion through kalaam will
deviate, and whosoever seeks wealth through quantity will become bankrupt, and
whosoever seeks strange hadith becomes a liar." (Harawi, Dhammu'l-Kalaam,
qaaf/173/alif)
Ishaq Ibn Isa said: "I heard Malik Ibn Anas censuring
argumentation in the religion and saying: Is to be the case that every time
someone comes who can argue better than another that we are to abandon what
Jibril brought to Muhammad (saw) because of his argument?" (Khatib, Sharaf
Ashaabu'l-Hadith, 5; Lalika'i, Sharh Usoulu'l-I'tiqaad, #
293)
Ashab Ibn Abdu'l-Aziz said: "I heard Malik saying: Beware
of the innovations. It was said: O Abaa Abd-Allah, what are the innovations? He
said: It is the people of innovation who speak about the Names of Allah and His
Attributes and His Speech and His Knowledge and His Power; and they do not
remain silent about that which the Companions and the tabi'in, and those who
followed them in goodness remained silent." (Harawi, Dhammu'l-Kalaam,
qaaf/17/alif)
Muhammad Ibn
Ahmad Ibn Jawiz Mindaad al-Misri al-Maliki said: "It is not permissible to rent
anything from the books of the people of desires and innovations. According to
our companions, they are the books of the people of kalaam from the Mu'tazilah
and other than them, and all licenses concerning that must be dissolved."
(Muhammad Ibn Ahmad Ibn Jawiz Mindaad al-Misri al-Maliki, al-Khilaaf, The Book
of Salaries; Ibn Abdu'l-Barr, Jaami Bayaanu'l- Ilm wa Fadlihi,
416-417)
IMAM ABU
HANEEFAH
Imam Abu Hanifah said: "The people of desires in
al-Basra are many, and I entered it twenty odd times, sometimes I stayed there
for a year or more, or less, under the impression that the science of kalaam
(rhetoric) was the greatest of sciences." (al-Kurdi, Manaaqib Abi Hanifah,
137)
Imam Abu Hanifah said: "I used to look into kalaam, to the extent
that I became highly-skilled in it, fingers were pointed at me in regards to it.
And I used to sit close to the circle of Hammaad Ibn Abi Sulayman. So a woman
came to me, so she said: A man has a slave-woman, he wishes to set her free
according to the Sunnah, how should he set her free? So I did not know what to
say, so I commanded her to ask Hammaad, then she must return and inform me. So
she asked Hammaad, so he said: He should set her free whilst she is free from
menstrual periods, and complete the freeing process, then leave her until she
has gone through two menstrual cycles. So when she has performed ghusl (ritual
bathing), then she becomes permissible for him to marry. So she returned to me,
so I said: I have no need for kalaam, and I took my shoes, so I sat with
Hammaad." (Tarikh al-Baghdad, 13/333)
Imam Abu Hanifah said: "May Allah
curse Amr Ibn Ubaydah, for verily he opened up for the people a path to kalaam
in that which does not benefit them in terms of kalaam." (al-Harawi,
Dhammu'l-Kalaam, 2831)
A man asked him saying: "What do you say about the
kalaam that he relates to the people about the non-essential characteristics
(al-a'raad) and the bodies (al-ajsaam)? So he said: These are philosophical
statements. Stick to the athar (narration), and the path of the Salaf and beware
of all newly invented affairs, for verily they are innovations."
(Dhammu'l-Kalaam, 194)
Hammaad Ibn Abi Hanifah said: "My father -may
Allah have mercy upon him- entered upon me one day, and with me were a group
from the people of kalaam, and we were arguing at a door. So when I heard him
approaching the house, I went out to him. So he said to me: O Hammaad! Who is
with you? I said: So and so, and so and so, such and such, and such and such,
and I named to him those who were with me. So he said to me: O Hammaad! Leave
alone al-kalaam (theological rhetoric). And my father was not a man who mixed
things up, nor was he from amongst those people who commanded something, then
prohibited it. So I said to him: O father! Did you not used to command me with
it? He said: Yes! O son of mine! And today I prohibit you from it. I said: And
why is that? So he said: O my son! Verily these retarded ones are from the
people of kalaam, from amongst those who you will see that they used to be upon
one word and one religion, until shaytan came between them. So now you find
amongst them enmity and differing, so be upon clarity..." (al-Makki, Manaaqib
Abi Hanifah, 183-184)
Abu Hanifah said to Abu Yusuf: "Beware of speaking
to the common-folk about the foundations of the religion by way of kalaam, since
they blindly follow you, so they will become pre-occupied with that." (al-Makki,
Manaaqib Abi Hanifah, 373)I'm just getting the message of the salaf across, this is by no means a refutation just advice, I believe you are clearly more knowledgeable than me and hope someone if not you replies.
اسأله سؤال ، كيف نعرف كيفية الصلاة بدون الحديث ؟ سؤال بسيط
Aaozubillahi minashaytan irajim.
his accents annoying lol
what you guys are trying to prove ?
I think you should've explained to me by quoting the Quran which says follow the Hadith!
Brother Mohammed has too much patience lol.
what an ignorant arrogant guy May Allah hazuwajal give guidance
Inkarus-sunnah?
brother mohammad ma sha allah you debate very very well. how come you don't invite tommy Robinson for a debate? or go see him and have one? he never seems to meet somebody who can keep there composure and actually debate keeping on point. he uses the quran to tell lies and from what i see you know the quran very well both in arabic and english.
Nadhubillah
Yet your upset with us for having KJV, NKJV, NLT, NIV, when your in the same or worse position. Without translation you cant read the quran
Millions of people read and understand the Quran in Arabic
Unlike the Bible
Mohammed Khan the Arabic Quran makes no sense. You need translations. Also the Quran makes no sense without hadiths.
So the bible is way more authentic than the Quran
Pentecostal Missionary I don't need translations. I know Arabic. So your argument is based on the assumption that we need translations is a completely flawed argument.
You Christians cannot even agree on the Bible, having different versions.
Your Priests and scholars have changed the word of God to suit their desires.
Follow the true way of Jesus by worshipping one God only, which till this day is still found in the Bible
Never did he ask us to worship him.
That guy appears to be a shia
This Quranist brother is very Arrogant...
is that guy a shia beceause as a muslim you must follow the hadith the sunah of the prophet what does he not understand about that
ONLY SUNNI'S ARE MUSLIMS!!!!
