Chilli Chicken Recipe is an Indo-Chinese recipe, popularly served as a starter dish at Chinese restaurants ...
Ingredients:
FOR MARINATION:
500 g chicken
1 egg
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp all purpose flour(optional)
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Refined vegetable oil for deep frying
FOR GRAVY:
1 medium size onion cut into cubes
1 medium size capsicum cut into cubes
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
2-3 green chilies
2 spring onion stalks
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp red chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 pinch MSG(optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder(optional)
3 tbsp corn flour
250 ml of water
2 tbsp sesame oil or any refined oil

Tried this recipe today. Well it came out nicely. While making this recipe I feel the red chilli sauce which we are using matters a lot. Because the spiciness of the chicken is completely based on the sauce. Apart from this, this recipe is a great one to try for beginners. My family loved this.

It is not proved that MSG is harmful...and even america and europe countries and also chima uses it extensively....and as you know chinese people has good health index

Ajinomoto is nothing but a Japanese firm named Ajinomoto Corp..It produces this Ajinomoto food enhancer.
Its main ingredient is this monosodium glutamate commonly known as MSG. It enhances the flavor of the food items.
Since it's harmful for our health for many reasons.. I haven't used it...
You can add it after adding cornflour slurry. .
