GIMP Tutorial : Glowing Neon Lines Effect

In this Tutorial, I will demonstrate How to create a neon glowing lines photo in GIMP. The Basic concept in making something glowing for any shape, it's the duplicated original layer with blur. We can change the color of the glow in Hue and Saturation in the Colors Tab.

At minute 8:43 they can hold down shift and click so that all the layers are selected at the same time then deselect those of the shoes and then when they have all the paths selected, they can right click and "Merge Visible Path" and join all paths in one layer
