  • Hello everyone, so in this video you will find information about Types of Diaphragmatic Breathing which are -relaxed diaphragmatic breathing and deep diaphragmatic breathing.
    Diaphragmatic breathing is given to decrease blood pressure, anxiety, stress, depression, fear, pain and to increase oxygen levels,correct breathing pattern,relax muscles, memory and sustain attention.

    This is a wonderful way to get rid of anxiety. I am damn sure that it can make the patient feel completely comfortable at the time of bringing him in any certain position during treatment. Really, appreciate your contribution in this world where we need you for people welfare 😊

    Why to put hand on chest and upper abdomen? Any specific reason

      As I already explained in the video one hand is on upper chest to see if patient is using his accessory muscles or not and another hand which is placed on upper abdomen to check if patient is using his diaphragm muscle, so we have to tell the patient not to perform any upper chest movement that means NO movement of hand and once patient master this technique patient can remove his hands
