Interesting meter, TETC. I have seen Rishab and Motwane instruments from India, but there is not much availability in the UK. Looking at the meter specification the insulation test output voltage is up to +30%, so the values look like they are within specification.
I don't think I could even rate a meter that is so far over. All meters have a tolerance, but that is terrible. I'd be worried I'd potentially damage equipment by overvolting. One thing I noticed about you is that you are always trying to get equipment and knowledge in order to broaden your skill set. It's too bad not everyone thinks that way. I work with some guys that are very set in their ways. New technology scares them.
