Always disconnect the negative terminal before the positive, and put the positive back on first. If you don’t, and you drop anything metallic such as your screwdriver, across the positive and the frame, you’ll short out the battery to frame.

Very nice video Freddie. Walberswick is a favourite location of ours too. It is also the place I have my first memory of the seaside, way back in the early 1960s. 👍

The reason for the motorised ferry boats is because the iron bridge further up the estuary is closed for maintenance. So to deal with higher than usual pedestrian traffic they are using motorboats while the bridge work takes place. Another great video Freddie/Monica, Walberswick was a regular ride out for me before menieres put a stop to all that . I think just about all the houses are owned by London BBC types now. Still a great spot though.
My cousin used to work for Peugeot at Ryton. He told me the guys there thought the 1.6 version to be the better overall car, as it had a better balance of power to handling. Can't argue against having the thrill of some extra power though! It seems the only CV19 bonus is renewed interest in British seaside resorts; hopefully this will continue long after....
Another delightful trip out to an area I know little about. So picturesque, an idyllic place to go for a bike ride with Monica. We don't see much of Monica, I assume she is the camera girl. Most episodes you describe your riding gear, my wife would like to know more about what Monica is wearing as a pillion. My wife is a pillion rider, so she is interested. John

Thankyou freddie and monika never been to that part of country but am defo headed there sometime. Your channel is incredible and i cant wait for every new episode .congrats u need sponsorship by tourist boards/hotels so u can stay overnight. Cant wait to do isle of wight either
Interesting gadget ! what a lovely place again guys you find all the best spots ,I also have to ask what are those great tunes you play on your vlogs they are always great to hear at the beginning and throughout .I will check out the link to this gadget ,I am guessing it uses very little power being so small .cheers Freddie : )
My sister and me used to be taken there by our neighbour. She had a grey Morris traveller, was a teacher with a permanent smug expression and a special lady friend. She had a daughter a year older than us, and would make really condescending comments about my sister and me all the time we were out. Because we were working class, and she was a Guardian reading "teacher" . God's gift to humanity. Apparently.
I was certain Freddie would spot the 205 GTI and sure enough he did. Mine was almost identical to this one but a 1.6. Still good fun but didn’t quite have the grunt of the 1.9. As I found out in a 309 GTI loan car I was given whilst mine was being serviced.
Well Freddie bought a Sizzapp. Waited three weeks for it to be delivered And well it doesn't work. Communication with Sizzapp is fantastic. But mine arrived with the packaging very badly damaged. And basically the unit isn't talking to the app, have messed about with it for hours trying to get it to work. Customer support has been great and trying to get it to work. I reckon It will need to be returned. Which is a ball ache as it's got to be returned to Lithuania. I've resided myself to two hundred plus pounds down the toilet.

I love Walberswick. I have visited it regularly since I used to go there with my parents when I was a kid in the early 60s. I have also owned a 1.9 GTI Peugeot. But the hatch back type cars aren't my thing. The only British and European cars I like, are the high end brands. Otherwise I like classic American. Although did own a VW Karman Ghia, for sometime. I love the Triumph Bonneville, but prefer the look of the 60s bike. More recently I have owned Harley -Davidson bikes. There is a nuclear power station at nearby Sizewell. So the nuclear thing isn't new. I recall my friends as a kid liking to swim in the sea, nearby, because the water was warm! Even as a kid, something in me said: not a good idea. Great film. Great place.
Wow, that is eye opening re swimming!! The Karman Ghia is a stunning car (I'd really love to own one). The classic American stuff is almost unbeatable for character👌👌
Lovely place, you have a been showing us some wonderful places that are on the less travelled path :) It's negative first when disconnecting the battery. I avoid app based products as the last one I used, the app is no longer supported, so everything is useless...
That Peugeot: they were fast for their time, probably still are, but they were so small. I certainly wouldn't pay 17K for it. Good to no masks anywhere. Yeah, put the crabs back afterwards. I'll bet. Haha! Pleasant video.
Nice one Fredster. I must admit I’ve never heard of Walberswick although I have visited Southwold. You never mentioned the best in class hot hatch of the early 1980s the VW GTi Mrk1. I had one in white (of course, I’m from Essex) It was stolen from Blackhorse Road tube station car park. Heartbreaking 😢
Ahhhhh that is HEARTBREAKING!! I have no idea why I forgot to mention the Mk1 Golf GTI. I owned a white Mk1 Golf 1.3 with (what I thought!) was a cool, subtle body kit. Really incredibly special cars. I don't even want to look at Mk1 GTI prices now!
As chance would have it, you got the battery terminal fitting sequence right. Thanks for the Sizzapp intrduction, it looks like something I would be interested in. Wonder if it's available in 🇨🇭. If not, that ca. 30% import/customs charge will prevent me getting one till i'm in UK late autumn. The extra charges always make me think, "I could have filled my tank with that money"
Looks a good device My wife commented that she likes your gear and asks does your lady Monika try to create a similar look and if so what gear she goes for.....?
Thanks Steven! Of course, her favourite bits are: Helmet: AGV X3000, Jacket: Garibaldi Heritage, Boots: Forma Crystal, Jeans: Rokker. Gloves: Racer 1927 ladies gloves (I just can't remember the name or find the gloves😆)
Hi please just check my order, the receipt says i ordered the OBDII device, but i clicked 2 wire.... Please ensure its a 2 wire device because its for my motorcycle...
Try and secure your helmets on the bike somewhere higher up . Away from dog pee height . That happened to a friend who , no matter how much he cleaned , had an uncomfortable ride home .
First thing a thief will seek is a tracker and that installation needs to be neat otherwise no point. Get a helmet lock 🔒 too and attach it to the motorcycle. Sick of seeing them on the floor everywhere and they’re not even mine 🤣
@@andrewharrison7646 some time ago we sold sizzapp devices only through our dealers who offered also to devide payment in parts. Now we sell sizzapps by ourselves and offer only one payment option 🙂
The Sizzapp would be the first thing thieves rip off. Not convinced it’s much of a deterrent. It might warn you of movement but I doubt it would stay fixed to the bike long enough to track it and retrieve it. MiniMoto is better I feel. 🤷🏻♂️
Hi Freddie Am I right in guessing that you both work in London? Otherwise it seems so gorgeous around Monica’s flat, I would reverse things and base there and use London as the occasional. Den
Hi Den, We do both live in SE London. You're absolutely right- so much so that I'm putting my SE London flat up for rent and we're aiming to move out. The quality of life improvement was eye opening!
Quick question Freddie, just how many white t shirts do you own 😂? Also that tracker looks brilliant, I wonder what happens once the device is disconnected from the battery, does it have a backup battery?
Actually I've had quite a few questions about this- it took me ages to find a good white tee that isn't shrink and distort and fit well. The answer was from Uniqlo at just £10! I have five of them and they're SUPERB: www.uniqlo.com/uk/en/product/uniqlo-u-crew-neck-short-sleeved-t-shirt-433028.html 🙂
I think Sizzapp do everything they can to make sure you won't pay any fees. They can't absolutely guarantee it, but you shouldn't need to pay any unexpected fees🙂
Please fade out your music. Loving your (and Monica’s) videos. I sit dreaming as you ride through some beautiful places - then I get slapped in the face when the music stops abruptly :) Still love the videos
Walberswick is a charming place... but unfortunately barely anyone local can afford to live there and virtually every home in the village has become a holiday home for wealthy Londoners.

It's a really beautiful spot! It hasn't used any power on my Bonneville- I've just checked now🙂
My sister and me used to be taken there by our neighbour.
I spotted it a mile off!😆. The 309 GTI's an interesting one- I'm going to google prices of that now!
Well Freddie bought a Sizzapp.
Waited three weeks for it to be delivered
And well it doesn't work.
Hi Paul,
Have not we resolved the issue?
If not, please contact us again via support@sizzapp.com
We always help our customers if any problems appear. If it is not possible we always find a way to ship you a new device or to refund your order amount.
So please contact us once again and have a nice day!
Lovely place, you have a been showing us some wonderful places that are on the less travelled path :)
It's negative first when disconnecting the battery.
Awesome place ! Should only take me 4 ½ hrs to get there 👍 Didn't see you check your helmet for adders though 🤔
i know i just loved mine so wish i kept it , was the 1.9GTI in that lovely grey , going for silly money just now
Wow!! Ahhh yes I know that grey well😍
Nice one Fredster.
@@FreddieDobbs I replaced it with the MarkII once the insurance money came through but it wasn’t the same as my first love ❤️
Handy if you’re good at forgetting where you parked it. (I’d never do that... )
We will have a sizzapp solution for 🇨🇭 early autumn 🙂 follow us on instagram to be informed
@@Sizzapp what is Instagram...?
I only do RUclips and nothing else.
Like your style.
Looks a good device
My wife commented that she likes your gear and asks does your lady Monika try to create a similar look and if so what gear she goes for.....?
Thanks Steven! Of course, her favourite bits are: Helmet: AGV X3000, Jacket: Garibaldi Heritage, Boots: Forma Crystal, Jeans: Rokker. Gloves: Racer 1927 ladies gloves (I just can't remember the name or find the gloves😆)
Can you do an update on the Sizzapp ? how its been and how reliable its been, any new updates with it and was it worth the cost... Thx
Morning Freddie! You have a knack for making me want to spend money.... Love this device you mentioned. Do you think it will work in South Africa?
Hi Ray! It will 💚
@@Sizzapp Amazing .... i'll be in touch! What is the delivery cost to SA?
@@rayblade6383 delivery will be 25 euros 💚
@@Sizzapp Thanks! It's a done deal... Order placed, can't wait to install it :)
Hi please just check my order, the receipt says i ordered the OBDII device, but i clicked 2 wire.... Please ensure its a 2 wire device because its for my motorcycle...
There is also a bridge but it’s being repaired
Don't tell everyone Freddie that's my nearest secret coast from scole.
Try and secure your helmets on the bike somewhere higher up . Away from dog pee height . That happened to a friend who , no matter how much he cleaned , had an uncomfortable ride home .
Good point- I need to get out of the habit of locking them on the floor
I want to find one of these in mainland Spain.
interestingly though this tracker looks like £35 tracker called Rewire Security DB2
First thing a thief will seek is a tracker and that installation needs to be neat otherwise no point. Get a helmet lock 🔒 too and attach it to the motorcycle. Sick of seeing them on the floor everywhere and they’re not even mine 🤣
I can't argue with that- It's a very bad habit of mine, and alway quite selfish of me to lock Monika's helmet with mine on the filthy floor!😆
2:15 C A T !
Wish l held on to my Capri!
There's a RIDICULOUSLY desirable car now!
Would the Sizz work in other countries or is it only functional in the UK?
Hello friend! It works almost worldwide, not only UK 💚👍
What about the flexible payment plan? That's for data. So a subscription or contract then.
Hi Andrew! Not a contract or subscription, you only pay once 💚
@@Sizzapp your website mentions payment plans.
@@andrewharrison7646 some time ago we sold sizzapp devices only through our dealers who offered also to devide payment in parts. Now we sell sizzapps by ourselves and offer only one payment option 🙂
@@andrewharrison7646 made correction on our web 🙂
205 is big money nowadays! £££££
Looks a good gadget but surely there's some ongoing SIM card charges??
Hi! There is only one time payment. This is our huge difference from others ;)
I’m using an Apple Tag. It’s really tiny to hide it away even on a motorbike and independent from the bike’s battery.
The Sizzapp would be the first thing thieves rip off. Not convinced it’s much of a deterrent. It might warn you of movement but I doubt it would stay fixed to the bike long enough to track it and retrieve it. MiniMoto is better I feel. 🤷🏻♂️
When you lock up your bike don’t leave your chain touching the ground it makes it easier cut always keep off the ground 👍
Good point- I need to get out of this habit!
Hi Freddie
Am I right in guessing that you both work in London?
Otherwise it seems so gorgeous around Monica’s flat, I would reverse things and base there and use London as the occasional.
Den
Hi Den, We do both live in SE London. You're absolutely right- so much so that I'm putting my SE London flat up for rent and we're aiming to move out. The quality of life improvement was eye opening!
@@FreddieDobbs 👍
Quick question Freddie, just how many white t shirts do you own 😂? Also that tracker looks brilliant, I wonder what happens once the device is disconnected from the battery, does it have a backup battery?
Hello! Thank you for good words! A tracker has its own battery also 🙂
I own six of the exact same white tee😆. It has its own in built back up battery (I think it lasts three hours)🙂
@@FreddieDobbs 🤣🤣 so naked on the 7th day, nice 👍
@@Steven-Brooks Exactly!😆
Might be a strange question but where do you get your plain white t shirts 😂 they just look so comfortable
Hey Freddie are there any import duties on this?
I think Sizzapp do everything they can to make sure you won't pay any fees. They can't absolutely guarantee it, but you shouldn't need to pay any unexpected fees🙂
5-10k for a mint 1.9 GTI… it might buy you the interior or stretch to the wheels Freddie 🤣
I just found out how wrong I was- they have EXPLODED!!
Does sizeapp work in the United states?
It will :)
Always use battery screws made from lead ,thank me later.
Hi Freddie enjoy your channel,
could you tell me what type of mobile phone mount you have on your bike please.
Hi Piotr, Of course: all Quad Lock. I use a wireless charger, vibration dampener (to protect the phone). It's a game changing bit of kit!
@@FreddieDobbs thanks for the reply! Keep up your amazing channel
hey freddie! how wide are those stock Triumph bars?
Not wide- very easy for tight London commuting!:)
@@FreddieDobbs i bet! I mean can you share the width from end to end. Is it somewhere in the ballpark of 30" (looks narrower)? 😁
8:34 what is that food lol
Veggie breakfast- incredible!😀👌👌
@@FreddieDobbsNot a patch on a full English or Irish though !!🇬🇧☘️
Please fade out your music. Loving your (and Monica’s) videos. I sit dreaming as you ride through some beautiful places - then I get slapped in the face when the music stops abruptly :) Still love the videos
Walberswick is a charming place... but unfortunately barely anyone local can afford to live there and virtually every home in the village has become a holiday home for wealthy Londoners.
