I got a jansport backpack last year and the strap that goes around your arm broke off after 2 months of usage what is your experience with that backpack brand?
hmm, i’ve only had my jansport for about 1/1.5 years as of now, and so far, it’s held up really well and nothing like that has happened to me. i did a bunch of research trying to find the perfect backpack and while jansport is nowhere near perfect, one of the reasons why i ended up choosing the brand is because they offer lifetime warranty on most of their items (i believe). i don’t know how their warranty process works since i’ve never used it, but you should reach out to see if you can maybe get your backpack replaced!
i would say it depends on what you’re studying and what you’re looking to get out of your laptop. for most people, i would probably recommend a macbook air because everyone i know with a macbook pro complains about how heavy it is 24/7 lol
