This track was created as my Final Project for my Sound Design class at UTD. The Soundscape was created with Avid's ProTools on an iMac.
Music: Orgel Version of Pan's Labyrinth Theme
[Please Note: I do not own the rights to this song nor seeking any monetary compensation from this video by using this song. This video is strictly created for educational purposes intended as a Project Assignment submission only. I just happen to think the music is absolutely beautiful and really fits the theme as well as the feel of the narrative being told perfectly. In fact, I can't imagine any other song in it's place at this point and time.]
Sounds: recorded and edited by Shannon Hanson
Some sounds were open source downloads from FreeSound.org
    (complete list soon to come)
Please Note Again: This project is strictly for educational purposes. I do not own the music rights but using it because I feel the theme is perfect for the setting and narrative I was trying to create.
A Mother Goose Fable - TRANSCRIPT:
There once was an old woman who lived in a shoe,
She had so many children she knew not what to do.
She fed them all cyanide and sent them to bed,
While listening to the voices within her head.
The children all dead - skin pasty white,
Their eyes were glassy and marble like.
Excited and happy by her grim new role,
She dug a deep hole straight down through her sole.
The little old woman showed little grief,
As she confined the children to darkness beneath.
She steadily refilled the humongous hole,
Attempting to mend her broken sole.
To hide the secret of what she had done,
Ensuring it would not show before anyone.
Time passed on - yet never found,
The living dead children began to claw through the ground.
The little old woman - Now chewed and mangled,
Lives on forever as an eaten fable.
