- A battle between two of the young guns on the pro scene today.
It feels like Fedor Gorst has been winning titles on the pro scene for a decade already, but he was only 23 in this early 2024 match. Already though, he owns two Derby City Classic Bank Pool titles, as well as a slew of other crowns.
Only 22 years of age, Lukas Fracasso-Verner was making his Accu-Stats Arena debut. He is one of the young talents looking to make his mark on the pool world.
This was round eleven action with roughly ten players left in the event.

Fedor looked like he was asleep the first half of the match, and then, MAN, did he wake up, or what? That last set of runs was something like one or two missed banks in ten. At least it seems that way, from ice to on fire. Lukas definitely didn't play badly, and some of the strategic pool, the safety play, was fun to watch. Great match, I really enjoy watching bank pool. Thanks for putting more of it on, lately. :-) It amazes me how consistent they are in getting back to that foot rail. I guess that's some of the 'pro' part of their designation.
