A century later and things have changed so much, and yet we still struggle with the same social issues just as the one writer of one of the articles stated ( paraphrasing) that similar issues and struggles are nothing new and have been going on since forever and will continue forever. @@DhyanaForte Thank for the reply. Even though I am subscribe to the channel, sometimes I have to go through the 1920s channel main page and find some of the shows that didn't show up on my RUclips videos. I guess I didn't go that far back.
It could be that I am simply old, from another Era, having first hand exposure to those who lived in the late 19th and early 20th century......but I love this channel. Well done. PS- Yes, ours was a FAR better world than the insanity of contemporary life. Far, far better.
Interesting to hear George Fabyan, his estate is a popular tourist site in the west burbs or Chicago. He relocated an 1850s windmill onto his groinds in the 1930s and had Frank Lloyd Wright renovate an old barn into a house. Not into flappers apparently apart from righting their wrongs like the do gooders at the he time.

I was laughing at the flapper slouch, then I turned attention to my own poor posture. The laughing stopped.
It looked like me in grade school. I started having back issues in my 20s.
