Though I haven't visited any of the countries , I don't think that Paraguay is that dangerous to be at the top 5 .
Countries like Peru , Ecuador and even Argentina (lately) are way more dangerous

I'm from Guyana and i'm ashamed to say that what this video stated about this nation is true. Honestly, what's way worse over here are the robbers. Like there's a very high chance of someone robbing you anywhere in this continent. For the killings however it usually be intoxicated dudes who gets real hyped up and just wants to pick a fight with the other and sadly gets murdered, oh and the accidents. There's a high accident rate over here that claim the lives of many people because of careless speeding, mind you we are a small population.
