I got divorced in July of 2016 after a seventeen year marriage, and I was in the throes of depression for several months afterward. I got online and started doing research about how to get out of the funk of depression, and most of the counseling 'gurus' said that listening to music really eases up the pain of rejection and the ensuing depression. So I started listening to a lot of music (I mean a whole lot of it), and I found that some music eases the pain of rejection a lot more effectively than others, and this tune really eases the depression for me, maybe even for several hours after I listen to it. May God bless Sasha for making it!
@@madanto2394 ~ I really do like the sound of a Ducati V-twin because it's a power sound, but personally I think the Honda V-4 motors have a sound that is beautiful almost musical quality. I don't know of another way to describe it.
Sasha's releases on emFire before he established Last Night On Earth (LNoE) are just as impressive now as they are back then. And even through his time releasing and publishing under LNoE, he's still enduring today. Respect the masters.
this track is a drug in itself! sitting here shivers up my spine and my eyes almost watering from it fuckin amazing! when that bitter sweet atmospheric melody in the middle kicks in jesus christ, one of them life defining moments, unreal!!!
@@etherealcatholic5711 ~ Oh bullshit. The best remake Sasha ever did was the remake of the Ulrich Shnuass tune titled " On My Own" which is the last tune on Sasha's first "Involver" album.
This is any amazing post. I've been listening to Sasha for year and this is very unique. If you're a sasha fan my favorite album is Airdrawndagger. This has a similar vibe now.
I'm a hopeless sellout. If I could produce a generic track like sandstorm and sell it to multiple TV shows and movie soundtracks over being a legendary DJ,I would do it in a heartbeat.
It depends if you're coming from a place of passion for Undergroud Music Culture and wanting to contribute to that. When Sasha started out there wasn't as much to be made in truly mind blowing, epic mind journeys. Check out "Blue Room" by Orb...30+ minute long classic! Made by a legit psychologist who could easily have got a high paid job as a shrink, but chose to use his expertise to create music that gives people a unique experience, escapism, an uplift and builds confidence... Which proves he's not a creepy narcissist like many shrinks, ( instead of lobotomising patients he opted to be part of a far more effective treatment, without even necessarily prescribing the required "medication" 🤣 )
This tunes perfection but what i dont get is if sasha confesses to not being the greatest of studio engineers and alot of his times spent travelling and djing hows he managing to make tunes of this quality.this productions another level
dazdavison1 most of his album is not made by him but collaborations with ghost producers like Charlie May, Junky XL and even the legend James Holden Heartbreaking to find this out
+ELCNUmorFnaMehT funny!!! I like it. Thing is ive heard charlie mays solos stuff and junkie xl and its not on this level so it must be the meeting of 3 musical geniuses... All involvers bliss
really stick with sasha. Buy the xpander EP. Listen to each track, especially the song Baja in a very controlled environment...let your brain function rearrange

Omer Katz for sure..but it sounds like charlie may too
should be.. 'sasha and company' at least in albums hah
He's got other guys working on his tracks while he's coked off his nut, or at least he allegidly was during Airdrawndagger.
