I really want to steal game codes from a really terrible game developer that has done multiple terrible things involving homophobia, transphobia, racism, and just not caring about the communities opinions all together. Now (here’s where the game codes come in) they’re making a bunch of items that people can only have if they spend money on physical items, which ruins the entire point of this game. They are literally only doing this because they’ve f**ked up so many times that their player count is plummeting by the day.

It’s pretty fluid but I always thought it was clear to everyone until around middle school. Then I questioned my own morality. Do I have a clear moral compass or am I just insanely kind? (Also I never agreed with humans only making decisions due to emotion. I don’t get that at all)
So if you had something that someone else wanted or needed, then it's ok for that someone to take it from you because they need it? So the person in need has a right to what you have, even if you don't want to give it to them. Is it more selfish to want to keep what you have or more selfish to steal from others to get what you need? Is stealing on someone else's behalf more noble than for oneself? Does everyone therefore have a right to steal if they need something? What is an appropriate punishment for theft? A fine? Community service? Jail? Death? How about thieves who steal repeatedly? Can desperation be the justification to allow them to steal? Is theft only justifiable in life or death circumstances? What if there were no legal consequences for stealing? Is it only ok to steal from the rich?
I think that the manufacturer should lower the prices of the medications because people’s lives are more important than the money and if the man stole yes it was wrong but if it saved his wife and didn’t hurt anyone it was for a good reason an yes he should be punished but it’s hard to say in what way that’s a hard question lol

If he steals it he is potentialy trading his future, which would be the self scarifice here. Taking negative things for other people (going to prison for the life of his wife) is the devotion to his wife here. I think self scarifice is a good starting point if you try to act objectively good because it makes sure that you stay humble in a way and become not to greedy. In my opinion the inmoral one is the seller of the pill, mainly for monetizing (at a crazy rate) human necessity, and I would also say what Heinz did was immoral by stealing but this action is justifiable, unlike the pricing of the pill compare to the manufacturing price. Also he has many other ways to get payment.

I think what is moral is doing what is right but I think immoral actions can lead to others being immoral as well. If the drug company didn’t sell the drug for a higher price (which is moral) then ultimately the man would be able to save his wife and never steal the drug. Society makes criminals because we have no punishment for immoral actions like raising drug prices.
