If Giants really did exist, I don’t think they’d live for a long time. Considering, there are people who are record-breaking tall and they don’t live for very long.
You could also factor in that the bone structure, much like with a creature like a mammoth to an elephant, is denser and larger than the average human, so structurally they should be able to handle their body size. The only thing is it would take quite a a bit more to feed such a big gentleman to maintain his health. Yes, I freely admit to thinking WAY too much on creatures of myth and legend along with how viable they could be in the real world. I blame urban fantasy novels 😂
