- The fourth-generation LX was unveiled on October 13, 2021, which is based on the J300 series Land Cruiser. Unlike the corresponding Land Cruiser, the fourth-generation LX is available in North America.[31] For the first time, two twin-turbocharged V6 engines are offered instead of V8s: a 3.4-liter gasoline unit for the LX 600, and a 3.3-liter diesel unit for the LX 500d, both mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

These turbo charged V6 are no comparison with V8 smoothness. I live in USA and have Lexus 460 GX V8 PARADO. Love it.

Actually New Generation TT V6 with 10 speed auto is way more smoother without that heavy and slow feel with much responsive steer.
@@Solacer8there have been a good number of videos on RUclips of the TTV6 in LC300 and LX blowing up. While I agree that it is definitely a better performing engine than the old V8, reliability has probably been cut by at least 100k miles on average.
Which isn’t that much considering the V8s can last up to more than 500k miles if properly maintained.
You are only talking with experience behind screen (basically brainwashing)
I actually own this and have two more connections in KSA who own this save SUV.
We are entering a new gen of vehicles. And of course whenever new generation comes people get mad as they did back in 2008 and 2010 when this same 200 and 150 series came.@@faheemabbas3965

Twin turbo = 2 turbocharger turbines. Turbo A starts @ 1000 rpm and fades @ 2000
Turbo B starts @ 1650 rpm and fades @ 2850
One turbo working range over laps other turbo working range. Hence common area rpm range is giving maximum torque.

Lol false information apna sa Jo dil likh diya lol both turbos are working at the same time you idiot this engine has two cylinder heads both need one turbo to make proper power with the help of turbocharger this is not a inline 6 cylinder which can have twin turbo setup which would use the primary turbo first and the secondary afterwards also this engine revs till 6500 rpm so by your theory the second turbo fades or stop working at 2850 rpm then what is the point of having a twin turbo V6 lol do your research you clown 🤡

It's not 3.6L, both landcruiser 300 and LX600 have a 3445cc engine. Both produce 409hp, not 381hp. Landcruiser 200 being "Better" is subjective, if one likes heavier, louder and lazier.
