As a stylist , to accomplish this color I would use pravana bleach with 30 volume leave it one for 45 minutes then tone with a 6GB by goldwell mixed with 20 volume and leave that on for 15 to 20 minutes.

Sis you didn’t tell us how long the bleach was on, what type bleach, what developer, did you tone the hair after bleaching? we needed more details. As is it looks like only an advertisement for selling the hair rather than a tutorial to get similar results
