This story was hilarious and I am up at 1:48 in the morning laughing my ass off trying not to wake my husband. Chen Si & Li Ruoqi are so good together and the children are a bonus to this raucous dramedy. The typical drugged ONS is the trope but the chemistry between this couple is so strong (I do believe they are a real life couple but they are both that good with other people too) that you get caught up in the shenanigans and are rooting for the pair against all comers. I have seen Chen Si play the psycho (he's so scary good) and the cold CEO (I mean just look at him he is a beautiful statue come to life) but this character takes him to another level as he gets to flex his comedic timing (loved the way he tried to hide his identity like when he got caught with the assistant and he said he was hot posing off in his sweater or throwing down his keyboard to kneel on anytime she was in the vicinity. And man does he wear the hell out of those suits.) with Li Ruoqi who looks out at the world with her beautiful doll like features while staying kind and trying to right the wrongs done to her despite the trash parent. The children were so good and adorable for words adding to the story and the assistant was the icing on the cake helping his boss to win his lady love. I love this trope and will almost always watch it regardless of who the leads are. This particular story will have me coming back knowing I might have missed something and not being disappointed with the writing, casting, acting and producing at all. Bravo to everyone for gifting us with a really fabulous story.🤩🤩👏👏👏👏👏👏
