tbf syndra is a very good matchup for yasuo. shes immobile, and her only cc is windwallable, meaning you can stick to her easier and get conqueror stacks easier
Yasuo uses Lifesteal very well. Also, with zerks+PD you have more than enough AS. PD alone, maybe Alacrity is more desirable (PD alone is enough at level 14 without alacrity to minimize Q CD).

But the top server as stated by many Pro players from lck and lpl say that the korean server is by far still the best and most skilled server. The whole yasuo and league community along with streamers and pros collectively agree PzZang is the goat on yas. You can't just say "super server sounds better" so its better your not a kid.
