- Ingredients:
Cabbage 1 large head
Minced chicken 200g
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Pink Salt 1tsp
Black Pepper 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Ginger/garlic paste 1tsp
Chili flakes 1/2tsp
Fresh Coriander 1tbsp
Cheese 30g
Directions:
First of all blanch Cabbage leaves for 4-5 minutes in boiling Water. Heat Olive Oil in the large skillet, now fry chicken & Season it with Salt, black pepper & other spices. Cook it thoroughly. Take cabbage leaves, spread diced/ shredded cheese & chicken mixture for the stuff, then roll it & fry it in olive oil. Serve the delicious rolls with sauce.
