in 2:22 (scouting perk) there is also a unit called "Heavy tank CW" have the perk too, encounter by playing Traffic Problem and Protect The Town rigged mode
The scout perk that was given to the Recon Car was legitimately the greatest change to ever grace the unit. It helps you to plan out your moves better, employ more accurate hit and run tactics whilst reducing unnecessary risk due to poor intel (basically battle tank jumpscares). The vision it possesses is now consistently better than the Sniper (unless the sniper is in mountains, but not every map has mountains), thus making it an appropriate subsition for the Sniper and its evolution - the Sniper Team. It's basically a faster, closer range, mobile sniper. The weakness for the Recon Car - being reliant on roads - is still there, but the benefits can greatly outweigh the drawbacks, especially on maps that have lots of roads. If not, you can always use the Recon Tank or the Sniper Team instead.
I've been using recon car for a while now and that's true what you said however recon car dies very easily - especially on PvP. I believe there also were changes on multi move perk because (I think) you'll get extra move as long there's 1 tile of move left. previously this was somewhere around 50% of mobility left. I may be wrong After all recon car has received the largest buff since light gunner cooldown was removed (now its back).
Unfortunately, the close air support role of the light gunship changed to an even closer air support role. Its also pretty bad for scouting now because of its 1 tile range Edit 1: at least its still good at its main purpose. Its just locked into that role now

Yes as a Polish people i totally agree with that, we make a big role in WW2 like every country from allies failed to win the battle of monte Casino, but poland….they did it! Also 80% people of earth have underrated Poland, if Third reich and soviet union were both attacking we coudn’t do anything and yeah i wish they were adding Polish skin in future.
there made clocked units don't show how much damage it has taken meaning damaging a clocked unit like a naval mine or the subs don't show if it is damaged or not which makes the Pacific campaign harder
idk if the recon tank changes ( dmg reduced to 35 and ap increased to 17.5) is a buff or a nerf? Does this reduce recon dmg to lower armor units but increase its dmg to units with higher armor or does this barely change anything?

On the test server before the update the heavy tank had the scouting perk but it was not added, the truth is I would like the heavy tank to have the scouting perk So that at least people use it.

I don't think recon tank was nerfed, its very simlar, any big tierlist in close time isn't possible because lasy tierlist took me like ~25 hours in total to make

Armor piercing. For example you are required to have high AP to deal good damge to heavily armored units like the Battle tank. If your AP is the same or higher than armor then full damage will be dealt I've already answered your comment on tierlist video.

Heavy cw is the boss enemy in crossroads rigged. It has 150% attack and can one shot every unit in the entire game. Totally balanced.

It's not a straight upgrade, because it needs to not be had moving to get the good vision, and its base vision was decreased.
