This is Luno, Luna's baby.
This makes Leo his uncle. Luna is mother to Libby, Lucie and now Luno.
Since Libby is Leo's mother, Luna is Leos grandmother, which makes LunO his uncle.

When Luno comes to Luna she puts her arm around him to comfort him.
By no means is Luna weaning him. However, she will put him on a schedule. Otherwise, he will use her as a pacifier to soothe his sucking reflex.
She wants him to eat when hungry not for a pacifier.
