- With team switching a new challenge has opened up and that is to win with every team over the course of your career, that is exactly what this series hopes to achieve and we will be starting with the weakest team Alfa Romeo, and once we are crowned champions we will go on to the next weakest team we haven't played yet, and continue until we have won with all 10 teams.
As of now we have won both titles with Alfa Romeo and Alpha Tauri.
Currently playing Haas.

When you do the around the grid you should really start using whatever drivers the team has currently instead of replacing for the best available unless the contract expires while you're playing or limit yourself to replacements having to be from F2. As that would give you more of a challenge.
So basically long story short, after a couple of seasons, teams are close enough to each other that if you switch teams, it’ll take one maybe two (if on hard difficulty) seasons to win a championship.
You can generally do this with most teams if you know what you are doing, the AI is unfortunately pretty bad at designing and researching.
I decided to scout Zane Maloney in my Alfa Romeo save in this game. Is he a good scout, even though I already signed Théo Pourchaire as my reserve driver for season 2 of that save?
I was underwhelmed by the driver signings when there’s an interesting new gen driver but good if you condense this season since you have a Haas save already. Your videos could still be much shorter (better) without all the stream of consciousness talking and instead summarising what you do combined with good editing. Hearing some thought process can be useful at the start of a game cycle but it’s just repetitive now. Hope you can finish this season next episode and then sign and develop Sergio Valdes at your next team, maybe on a short contract so you can take him with you later. Still think this should be switched to hard mode once you’ve completed the teams you’ve already done a long series with and you focus on this more once others finish.
Agree with most of this, going to try something a little bit different for the next part.
