Hi miss Lauren, I’ve been on a rocky journey trying to get my hair healthy and long. I had once gotten my hair down to my back but experienced massive breakage and thinness due to undetected split ends and single strand knots. I’ve kept my hair in twists and only used grease and my hair has somewhat grew fuller and longer. But I still have problems with excessive shedding,knots, rough ends and tangles and breakage. I do trim but not too much as I don’t want to lose all my length that I’ve worked years for. I’m 17 years old and where I live there aren’t people who can take care of it or help me.
