    Yep, I blew it. Had kids AND sweating out 40+ years of work. Should’ve waited for my Boaz. But I’m here now. 🎉

      I hear you, but I wasn’t saved back then. I didn’t know that there was a Boaz to wait for, but God has a plan and my kids are part of it and he has a plan for them too…

    Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”
    OR
    Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell YOU Today, you will be with me in paradise.”
    Amazing how a little comma can make such a difference in meaning
    Remembering that original scripture had no punctuation.

    At noon in Israel, Portland area would likely have been in darkness already. What is it? 10, 11 times zones away?

    Waging your head in my culture is like saying “tsk tsk” but with body language. It’s like here kids do the pointer finger against fingers swiping to signify “shame.”

    I really enjoy your teaching. I do have a question. So if when we die we go to Heaven to be with Jesus; when the rapture takes place it says the dead in Christ shall rise then those who are alive in Jesus will be caught up. If the dead in Christ will rise, where have they been prior to the rapture if they are supposed to be in Heaven?

    • @garybayles581
      @garybayles581 Год назад +2

      Your spirit goes now. When raptured you get your body. Heard a sermon from Don Stewart last week about that

    • @lindatrauthwein3760
      @lindatrauthwein3760 Год назад +2

      Their spirit is in heaven without a body. Their body is still in the ground here, but at the rapture, their spirit is going to meet up with their body with a new body.

      What if your body is ruined, like in a fire? I know God can do the impossible. We are just discussing details.

    Hi, Pastor Brett and team! There are a lot of amazing, Bible-believing, God-fearing pastors, Mike Kessler for instance, and many others, who do not believe that fallen angels had sexual relationships with women. They believe it was the Godly line intermarrying with the ungodly line. I hope that you would consider this and pray about it, and consider at least bringing up both points of view. I personally do not believe that God allowed demonic beings to have sex with human women. Thank you.

    John 3:13: No one has gone into heaven except for the one who came from heaven (NIV/ESV)? So what now?
