Chicken Stew with Dumplings over Roasted Potatoes

Welcome to today's video here on Comfort Food Dudes!
In this episode, I make my version of chicken stew. However, instead of chopping up potatoes and throwing them in, or mashing them and pouring the stew over, I oven roast them to crispy perfection. But wait, there's more! I make some dumplings as well and this dish all comes together to form one of my personal bests yet concerning flavor and comfort!
