i have a question, how do you create the columns that you showed in the beginning. You mentioned sub-d, but can you explain the process. p.d. thanks for the video
This is pretty straight forward, just use SubDCylinder command, and delete the top and the bottom. Scale down the bottom part and you have a column with subD :)
@@aubrymunana5417 He replied and gave precise directions. What part of the directions did you not understand? Create Subd Cylinder or delete bottom face? f you are that lazy to follow the directions, quit using rhino or grasshopper.
it may be elementary, but I am having trouble with piping and giving dimension to the meshes and patterns that I''ve projected onto my surfaces. Is there a trick to it?
Hey I want to start by saying thank you for the content & material ..so I was able to download parakeet, but only “curve” & “pattern generation” tabs appear How can I choose the “pattern genotype” to show up on my toolbar?
can we offset the lines? and use it with loft to make a flat thick surface of the pattern? as I am trying but the pattern is not joined t seems and the scale command is not working in this as we do in Voronoi. please help

I have one question 10:10 and 15:24 maked curves how transform columns?multipipe? It is too big data.Can you recommend other options??
Hi! is there a way to morph the pattern on the SubD? to avoid the elongation of the pattern that happens when using "projection"

Amazing... how to fabricate this shape? Thank you
Using 3D printer would be the quickest solution.
Hi, if I project it onto a surface, how can I create wire like frames from the pattern? Like what you showed at the end
Amazing how these computer generated patterns become tiresome. Like staring into kaleidoscopes ...
@how to rhino

If you can't find in the toolbar, you probably need to update your Rhino version.
