How much should I take, since you need drinking this? I'm having upper back pain. I feel that is might be my pancreas. Left pain at times that feels like an ulcer at times. I am going to try this. I have been very sick from the vaccine for over a year now. I have been doing everything I can holistically. I do feel a whole lot better now but I just found out that I am having some kidney issues. Not surprised, I do think that every organ has been affected. If I have to make a mixture of dried herbs like coriander seeds, turmeric powder, ginger powder what proportions should be each so that I make a cup of tea of all and consume. I wanna mix all these herbs together and preserve it so that it is easy to carry with me all the time.
The proportion should be equal based on the amount of tea needed. I have no experience using the dried herbs for this purpose so I cannot advise further

I juice parsley and cilantro add key lime juice and drink fresh and raw. I’ll try this as well.

Amazing video. Very interesting to know as it's everyday herbs so no side effects. I use Tukmuria seeds for the same. It helps to flush out the kidneys. As the sieve when blocked like gets cleaned when we put caustic soda. In the same way this herb helps to clean the filters in the kidneys. Wow crazy! Same thing happened to me. I was shocked to hear her tell me I had stage three, but more shocked when she told me she had found it the previous year! Well it was news to me!!!
Same with my parent. Doctors didn't inform her. We read her results and looked it up. We were the ones who figured it out noone told us.

I’m just floored and I’m sure these are all over the U.S., why is this not something doctors would take serious I wonder? Just ridiculous! I tried it before, and it makes a difference, you feel an improvement. I make it very much in the same way but before boiling them I chop the leaves only and discard the stems. Thx for sharing
