It's been years since it happened. There's a couple clips of it I'm sure you can find, but the TL;DR is that the two of them live in separate houses and she hadn't told him she was working in Hololive. One day he sent her a slightly thirsty superchat and she recognized the username, took a screenshot, and sent him a message asking 'hey, what did you do?'

Colonialism, specifically the Dutch. Indonesia was a Dutch colony prior to WWII and subsequent independence. Even though, the Dutch language had never been official since then, there are a lot of Dutch loanwords from the colonial era.
Fun fact : Many English words that ends with -ion has almost similar writing in Indonesian language. It happens because dutch collonialism in the past.
Example :
Construction = konstruksi
Reduction = reduksi
Transaction = transaksi
Imigration = imigrasi
Participation = partisipasi
Education = edukasi
etc.
But sometimes that formula doesn't work in some words
Example :
Invitation = undangan
Congratulation = selamat
Companion = pendamping
Etc.
