For those who are comparing the BKC store with SAKET STORE , let me share that mumbai store and delhi store rent is almost same but the size difference is huge , the BKC STORE is around 20000sq ft whereas the SAKET store is around 8500sqft , also the fact is the rent is almost same for both the location with a huge size difference , its all because of the Revenue generated by select city walk mall which is one of highest among all malls in country with its prime location , every new brand open there first store mostly in this mall as they know the revenue will overcome the rent , if not an ultra luxury brand mostly they choose Select city walk else for ultra luxury DLF EMPORIO . Apple was earlier thinking to open the Delhi store in AEROCITY with bigger size however they could have open the bigger store but the revenue cant stand with what SAKET store can generate for them, so thats the only reason they choose Select City walk , and BKC store is flagship store thats why but another store will open in Cyberhub Gurgaon which will be flagship store of DELHI NCR. So cheers . Dont argue in the comments section ki Mumbai wala bda hai ya Delhi wala chota hai , Apple ko paise se matlab hai bas
Cope harder but Stop giving excuses because the reality is that delhi got a raw deal. If they really wanted they would have gone on to make a flagship store in delhi but they clearly chose mumbai bkc for premium store but scammed us delhi people by opening this kiranaa dukan and insulted us.

@@mein3324 it's all about negotiations. Space owner in Mumbai negotiated 2% revenue share as well. So, it kinda sweetens the deal for them. While the lease agreement details about delhi place is still not known. I do think there won't be a revenue share in that and that's a smart move from apple.
