TinyTapeout04: demoboard preview and quickstart guide

ASICs and demoboards are shipping: this quick guide will give you a preview of the hardware and how to interact with it. It goes through first powerup, selecting and controlling projects through the browser, using the commander app, touches on the micropython environment, SDK and REPL shell and shows just how easy it is to update the OS and SDK.

Hey Pat, great video, I noticed that recent version of Firefox have WebSerial built in, so you should be able to run Commader from FF TOO.
