I can tell you right now, sleep paralysis is no joke. The fear you feel throughout your body is something i wish no one ever experiences. In saying that, it makes me question if the demon i saw crawling on top of me during the experience was a succubus or not now. If it was a succubus, they are not seductive or attractive. I know this sounds wild but I absolutely had this with me. These "women knew me so well in my "dreams" and it seemed so real. These attacks of seduction/spiritual warfare, heated up when i was going through a rough patch with my wife to the point of me becoming sick and straight up asking her if we should get divorced. One night I finally prayed when this woman was leading me to sleep with her, i asked Jesus to help me and I told her no. She immediately turned into this super freaky, scary looking witch thing and just blasted off away from me. It was so strange, after that i was brought to this place of super peace near this super beautiful garden and pool, and i looked up in the sky and saw the most supernatural sunset with so many colors and that's when these other people came to me and brought me food and congratulated me for turning the wicked away... crazy, i know, but God is good. Oh, and my marriage is stronger than ever!

From some of my own studies, it depends on the sources if the incubus and succubus are separate or same demon. Although the term succubus was referring to laying beneath and incubus to lay above. Since the above was consider the man spot and the underneath the woman, this is why some considered the incubus male and succubus female. Some accounts the succubus getting the sperm from a male to give to the incubus to place in a woman. A small group of stories have the two being the same demon. The succubus getting the sperm and then turning into an incubus to implant it into a woman.
Now Lilith also has a few origins. The first is like you said, the supposed first wife of Adam that rebelled. Another is that her name comes from the feminine word of a word that means a night spirit. I cannot remember if the words are Babylonian, but it is used one time in the book of Ezekiel. Often translated as night owl or night ghost. I think I remember that she might even be associated with one of the religions in that area as a goddess, but I am not sure for it has been a good three to five years since I last studied all these.
I was introduced to the succubus by the Capcom monster fighting game series Darkstalkers/Nightwarriors. The character is named Morrigan Anesland and she is my favorite fighter in the games. Since then the succubae have been my favorite monster of all.

I would say a succubus experience is close to sleep paralysis, but definitely not the same. I've felt a hooded angry shadow creature hover over and then force itself into me. That was the single most terrifying experience being frozen and helpless, whilst dealing with that confrontation.
Now when I woke up from a Succubus experience and pulled it off of me, it flailed and scratched and became aggressively defensive! until I was able to calm it down and said I wasn't ready for intimacy (My ex had just died and I was sad and lonely which I think inspired my experience) then I woke up in the corner of my room, the experience was a very vivid dream with physical contact experienced in that dream state. I definitely had a succubus in here for awhile. I've been single forever, so I can see why she would visit. I could actually feel her jump into my bed. Felt like a small dog jumping onto my bed. Last I was visited by a Succubus was about two years ago. I was in a deep sleep and I awoke to use the bathroom and my bedroom smelled of sex and there was no one else in my house. So yes the legends are true. She is bound to me and all of my previous relationships have ended in failure.

I have sever ptsd… and have had sleep paralysis once- but the crazy thing is… I could move- I reach for my gun… and I woke up… but it felt like I was shaking- like I was lashing X to roll over and reach down- looking back… yeah it was scary at first… I didn’t know what I was looking at… but if I had to explain it… it was like a blue darth mall that moved creepily but somehow represented the sun-
And I resisted it.
As soon as I turned over and put my hand on the slide I woke up and my hands were up and I checked under the bed and it was still there….
So I honestly think 1 of 2 things…
1 it was a Bruce Lee encounter or 2 it was something like sleep paralysis except I was able to resist all infections…
Honestly I’d rather go with 2 because… if it happens again… I’ll use that experience (if I’m right) to live by for the rest of my life…

Succubus are definitely real, one night almost 7 years ago. I went to sleep, woke up and couldn't move. All of a sudden a woman I was really attracted to was over me and I got erect. It started to have sex with me. But I knew the girl I was into couldn't just appear in my room so once I got the chance to speak I asked the question "who are you?" It literally stopped stood up..turned into a shadow and walked right out my room then all of a sudden I could move. And never had that experience again. I think I overcame her spell and she figured I was to strong spiritually

I think I’ve seen one she looked just like a human woman but she wore a black dress. Very attractive but I was not aroused because I felt 100% fear, more afraid than I ever have in my life. She tried to force herself on me but I resisted and prayed to Jesus. She put her hand over my mouth and said “No” before I could start. She opened a portal and tried to convince me to through it. She said she would love me forever. I didn’t believe her. She tried to drag me through the portal by my ankles and I held on for dear life. When i was a teen, i had a dream of something humanoid but insubstantial squatting on my chests and then smothering me. I was semi-lucid and sweating.. i was present 'in the room' and was trying to speak/yell but had no voice. I have had many lucid and very imaginative dreams but never something like that.. it was weird and the closest to supernatural i ever came
