no. its not fake you can watch the shooting Sketch
You should watch the BEHIND THE SCENES and lets see your reactionif its fake or not..😅
This video was shot in LA....its all real no fakeness in this video....another video that #BTS shot well they were in LA is Black Swan...they do have behind the scene video for ON and Black Swan so y'all might want to check them out if y'all have time no rush....stay safe #ARMY
You should go back and start from the beginning lol honestly the songs them selves for the most part are fire and so fun and the choreo is insane for most of them... but low key the clothes and music videos are a little cringey lol but it was 2013 and I mean jungkook who is the youngest member and also their main vocalist was only 15 when they debuted and the oldest jin was 20... so they were young and were under a company who didn’t have money to promote them and they were writing and producing from the start..so they really have evolved overtime but they tons of different sounds , styles and the fact that they have this huge fictional storyline running throughout their music videos is really cool. It’s kinda what set the sound and style for them to be more authentic to who they are and bc the storyline is dark theme wise which deal with like addiction, physical abuse, suicide, survivors guilt , bullying and just things that in Korea are considered taboo. Nobody talks about stuff like that in music and media ... it’s considered rude... and they’re out there doing things with a purpose... they’ve been working to spreading certain messages full of positivity, hope, perseverance and self love.
I really hope you guys will watch the “who is bts” by Ida S and the “from nobodies to legends,” by x Celeste or the “this is bts” by xceleste. I’d really like you to see a little closer who the group is, who does what and what they’re all responsible for in the group. It tells you how members came together and a few facts about them each and have a bit of their solo music during their parts just to get a teaser for the sounds they make. The thing is as amazing as they are as artists... I think what really will help you understand them but also army and why we are so loving and supportive of this group... the artistry is another level and I can’t wait for you to see them live... but some of the biggest reasons we are so passionate is because of their journey.. the shit they were put through and the grace that they’ve handled it all with... they’re also hilarious and they have like these variety shows called “run bts” where they have them play games or do challenges and compete but it’s hilarious... they’re known for how chaotic they are and they call it “bts crack” lol and they’ve been documenting their journey with free promotional platforms that is RUclips lol that’s how they gained so many fans... bc through their RUclips people learned about the boys and so the fandom and the artists have grown organically together... I just want you guys to understand the other half of bts... I promise that it’s not only so satisfying to see the crazy amount of themselves they put into everything they do... but their story is so inspirational... and one video of seeing who they are off stage and it’s impossible not to feel for them and feel for them even more . You’re really missing out on half the bts experience of you don’t get to know the boys a bit even know their names ya know... the 7 members bc they’ve worked for it ya know but yeh... and live performances will blow you away... just hope to see you get to know our boys more as people... bc that’s a huge part of how they have grown this way
You can watch the MV shooting skit, those are real NOT FAKE it was shot in LA
Y’all we were actually giving you standing ovations for really getting this song!! Great stuff. One problem: this was filmed at the Sepulveda Dam in LA!! It was one uncut performance. This is a masterpiece. Y’all are amazing, so few can really understand the nuances & metaphors of their songs.
Please watch the Making Of ON MV to have your mind blown!
Yes.
It isn't one cut. But the performance of JIMMY FALLON SHOW ! IT WAS!!! In BANGTANG TV You can fin the behind escenes of both.
This comment is the truth. I think we are all thinking that about the both of you. So intelligent and insightful. My new, absolute favorite reactors. Love you guys!!
Thank you so much! We honestly couldn’t be happier with all the love and the support the ARMY has given us! You all really are the best!
also the On commentary Film pls react to itm
Did they just say "storyline" 🙃....
Who wants to tell them about that part of the rabbit hole? 😏💜💜💜
Are they ready?? 😂
@@jojobunny02 Were any of us?
they have to know the members first i think
I’m still waiting r a guide to know they’re names lol they’re missing half the story without knowing who the boys are a bit
@@Funtan_Sonyeondan Lol at your username! Yeah "Who is BTS" first, then BTS Universe next!
You're the first reactor noticing the cut and paste of the dam arches at the edges...but it is only to provide wide angle of the shooting. Well done Guys!
they impressed me because I've been watching that mv for like a hundred times but I never realized that 😂
This song ON in my opinion is the answer to their contemplative/reflective song BLACK SWAN which was released a month prior to ON.
ON is definitely an anthem. Its BTS' declaration that they will continue on creating music and taking on all the burdens that comes with fame while at the same time being together with their ARMY in our journey called life "Find me and I will bleed with you"
'Going insane to stay sane" i feel personally is a callback to their BLOOD SWEAT & TEARS mv in which a quote by Nietzsche 'One must have chaos in oneself to give birth to a dancing star' appears in the mv. BTS is just really very interesting, if you go through their music chronologically, you will see their theme, growth...their music and BTS themselves are a coming-of-age story. Each of their song can standalone by themselves but i personally find their music to be more enriching when put in a story arc as each song's theme flows into the other pretty seamlessly.
BTS's music and lyrics have a lot of depth and substance...their pop facade(in the western perception) is just a trojan horse to gather more fans while filtering the bandwagoners. Once you go past their facade you will SEE exactly why ARMY goes so hard for BTS to be heard.
I just had an epiphany: I think I watch reaction channels as a new Army, so I can read these type of comments💜🤓🧐
The line "Find me and I will bleed with you" makes so much sense to me now ( and yeah I will bleed with BTS forever🥺🤗💜)
This is film in a dam in LA. check the behind the scenes of this MV.
The lyrics on this song “find me and I’m gonna live with you” resonate with me so much. Since I found BTS, they do live with me, in my house, in my heart, in my life. Omg, where was I before they moved in?
Bts is allways the best... Theyrr unbelievable.. Amaxing
Kinetic Manifesto- A public declaration of movement using Body motion or Dance, percussion instruments or Marching band accompanied with sound and visuals.
They shot the video at the Sepulveda Dam in Los Angeles using drones.
The female you saw at the beginning was Sienna Lalau, a 20 year old choreographer who choreographed the music video and also danced in it.
Great job looking deep into the meaning of their videos. It is one big storyline 💜
Also remember this is a Manifesto Film meaning there is a regular MV for this that relates to the storyline. Also if you wanna see them perform it at Grand Central Station it’s on Jimmy Fallon’s page.
Yesss....you should react , amazing performance
Yess. 👍👍👍
Yes they totally should watch both!!
BTS used Carl Jung's analytical psychology to write the lyrics and make the official MV. It talks about accepting our shadows, which are those repressed parts of us. We can only evolve when we truly accept these repressed parts of ourselves. That's why the lyrics say "leave me with my everything" Only when we accept everything that is part of us can we find peace.
By the way, the drums announce. the battle that will be faced... just as it was in the Middle Ages that soldiers were warned to prepare for battle with drums
Kinetric Manifesto is a physical representation of their aims and goals. That's the definition of the term. If you notice, their moves during the dance break make it look like they're fighting. BTS has spoken in other songs about how ARMY has found them. They're saying that if we find them, they will live, fight, and bleed with us. To me, it's less of a challenge and more of a declaration of intent. They are literally saying, "whatever you are going through, ARMY, find us and we'll fight by your side." If you want to understand the references to shadows better, you should watch Suga's solo song, "Interlude: Shadow". He explains about the shadows in the song. Also, it's a solo, but it's not part of his solo work as Agust D. Both songs are from the Map of the Soul: 7 album and the whole album tells a story. It's s story of BTS and the things they've been through with ARMY. How they feel about ARMY and how unique the relationship between BTS and ARMY really is. ARMY will tell you that BTS songs have literally saved lives, helping people find strength to get through bad times and encouraging people not to give up. Their music has prevented a number of people from committing suicide. There is even a song on this album where they address that. They speak of their feelings of inadequacy but also acknowledge how WE feel about them and their music. They promise to keep on singing for us, too. BTS as artists and musicians are truly unique and this album showcases their uniqueness and how it translates to their interactions with their fans. This album, and the themes it expresses, are what made me an ARMY. It's hard not to stan a group that flat-out states that they will fight and bleed for their fans. Especially when they genuinely mean it.
The one shot video they did was for the song “save me”. Mad as they were dancing on sand /
Dirt.
and in the rain
I’m sure it’s been said, but in this song the shadow is not the same as earlier works. In that Map of the Soul albums, BTS is referring to psychological concepts of Carl Jung. In MOTS: Persona, they teach us that the persona is the part of ourselves that we show the world. Our restrained selves. In MOTS: 7 they teach us that the Shadow is our inner self that is our doubts and fears. The Ego is our unconscious selves. It’s not after acknowledging all of these parts of ourselves that we can reach individuation. When RM is rapping about his shadow, he’s admitting that he is his shadow.
You should react to intro: persona (RM), Interlude: Shadow (Suga) and Outro: Ego (Jhope). They all have MVs.
THEY PERFORM THAT ON GRAND CENTRAL TERMINAL
Yep, love that performance :)
The shadow is part of Carl Jung philosophical theory that each of has 3 parts: Persona,( the face we show to the world, Shadow,(the part of us we try to repress, and Ego the self.) Watch Suga's Outro Shadow, RM"s Persona, and J Hope's Ego.Also DKDKTV does an explanation video. I agree watch it unfiltered than watch the explanation video.💜
BTS is known to have lyrics about mental illnesses, depression being one of Kpop idols experience a lot. I interpret the shadows as the shadow of depression sinking in, this song is about going through the pain as a part of you and it makes you a fighter..you trudge through the bad stuff, its grit and perseverance to get out of it.
Thank you for the reaction! Now you know why ARMYs have so many recommendations when someone first discovers BTS! There are just so many, many incredible and mind blowing songs, MV’s, and performances out there that we can’t wait for you to see!🤩
Sorry for the length.
BTS was originally a Korean hip hop group. Since 2013 they have evolved into a unique genre of their own. These are all the BTS “official” music videos in reverse order of release. Does not include live or other versions.

There are often several versions of the Official" music video.
The "Ioniq: I'm On It" is a promotional song for Hyundai. But you barely notice the car because the mv & song are so good; similar style as "Film Out"
"Come Back Home" was released on July 4, 2017 as remake of Seo Taiji’s song "Come Back Home" for Seo Taiji 25th Anniversary Remake Project.
“With Seoul” is a BTS song and film highlighting Seoul as a vacation spot. The original also shows them recording it. They have also done 3 other versions, including a “short” on 2020-09-11; a beautiful drone visual of Seoul (The Four Seasons of Seoul” on 2019-12-30, & an amazing drone visual mv on 2021-01-09.
My personal favorite "other version" video is "DANGER (Mo-Blue-Mix) , featuring THANH". Thanh is an Australian-Vietnamese singer. This song has a R&B vibe with some great lyrics added by Thanh.
There are loads of their other songs including some of my favorites: “Dionysus”, “Ma City”, “Truth Untold”, ”Outro: Tear”, “House of Cards”, “Lost”, “Dimple”, “Butterfly”, etc. and their solo, rapline, vocal line, short films, comeback trailers, etc. not included.
This song-performance is very anthemic. There is a 'On' Commentary MV of the gospel choir & band working with the producers. This song is a carry through of one of their early songs 'N.O.' which was done when they were just starting out. Both songs are about the 'grit' one needs to push through barriers/expectations.
I'm so glad that ya'll are getting how much BTS uses metaphors and themes in their songwriting and love how you are looking back and tying things together. Looking forward to delving deeper into their storyline with you and also for you to really see how they've evolved through their lyrics throughout the years. Honestly they are like a BTS diary. Keep up the great work, you are appreciated! Really hope that you are getting as much out of this as you seem to be 💜
One of the great things about BTS's music is that you can interpret things many different ways. In the mv Fire, Suga "burns" a hooded black figure - setting them on fire with passion/music, like turning them into an Army. The following mv, Not Today, has the figures as a literal army, and BTS are the generals leading them/us. But the "shadow" can also be their inner self and inner struggles. They link back to Jungian philosophy on a lot of their music (check out Suga's "Shadow" mv!!)
Surprisingly that location is 100% a real location. The video was not shot in one take though. They did the full performance, multiple times through, to get each camera angle. The fact that it LOOKS like one take is thanks to how professional and consistent BTS are as performers and The Lab (the dance crew BTS hired as all the extra dancers) are as dancers. It's a really amazing piece and like you said, took a TON of coordination to put together. There's a behind the scenes video and a dance practice video if you're interested, but the behind the scenes video in particular shows them walking around the location. And you can see the high speed drone they used to fly around to get some of those swirly shots. It's pretty cool.
You can watch behind the scenes of MV making ON it's done by drone
I also recommend the MAMA 2020 live version of this! In a stadium with fireworks, marching band, and gymnasts! It's INSANE!
Good reactions as usual. The video was shot at a dam in L.A. There were LA for a little over two weeks. There were here to perform with Lil Nas at the Grammy award in January 2020. They shot 3 music videos while they were here: ON the official MV, ON-Kinectic Manifesto and Black Swan. There is a behind the scene video for all of them. You should check it out. Thanks again
Guys, what I really love about your reactions are the discussion about songs and mvs. I like to analyze artists and since I came to BTSs world I discovered a new world hahahaha I don't have friends who are open to kpop music, so when I watch to your videos is like have this kind of discussion. Also this song is part of a map of the soul album. It's a ep and a full album inspired by Carl Jung theories. Well, I can't start to talk about BTS theories until I need and blood sweat and tears eras cause everything are insane
All (at least most) their music videos also come with “making of” videos to show behind the scenes, practices, bloopers, etc... You have no idea how much content BTS has on RUclips. They’re singers, rappers, dancers, producers, actors, comedians, game show contestants, professionals, dorks, and so much more.
🙋🏽♀️ hello, Checkout "Bookish Theories Explanation" video, for meaning & understanding of "ON" 💜 Jimin doesn't understand what people are saying -- his sub conscious is speaking - Shadow - {acceptance} "you are me I am you" 💜 concept taken from the book by Murray Stein "Map Of The Soul" {Jung's theory} 💜 MV shot in LA with Drones 💜
That part when you are talking about what keeps you sane... Gosh, that's exactly how I felt when I met BTS, some may say that I am insane for appreciating and loving them so much, but they're the ones that's keeping me sane, from everything thats happening... They definitely saved me emotionally and mentally...💜 I do love your reactions, btw. You're one of the few reactors that I find genuine and honest with their thoughts about BTS. love you guys!🥰 Hope to see more of your BTS reactions.😉
Stay true to your reactions. We as ARMY, all started somewhere. Some of us ended up falling into a hole of endless content. After 4 years, I still haven’t seen all of the content. Enjoy it however you want to enjoy BTS artistry. I won’t give you spoilers. Yes most of their music goes deep into the lyrics. They want you to interpret it however you interpret it. Just enjoy. 👍🏻
They did this on the Jimmy Fallon show Grand Central Station Station, 2-4a.m. They did 4 run throughs. The backing dancers were NY dancers. They started cheering BTS on to keep them going. BTS said they never would have made it through without the energy being fed. You can feel the dancers working with them when you watch. It’s great. No, would never see fake sides, I’m a dance freak.
Thank you so much for this great reaction. You really react really well. I love how you react to their songs.
Thank you so much!
@@ZiahTV No need to thank me. I'm really fan of people who loves music, and who sees the what a real quality music is. Not to add that, you guys are reacting to BTS which is the reason I came across with your channel guys. 💜
Thanks for the reaction.
And about the copy and paste edges, I agree.
This structure only have 7 arches and in that wide shot it has one extra on each side.
This locations is a bit graffiti and old so they must’ve done it to cover the building and focus on them.
I have been where this was recorded and compared to reality this place looks flawless in the video.
Cool that you paid attention to details.
Appreciate your focus on the lyrics and the dancing!!
ON is pretty much about their up and down feelings about being celebs. It's hard, it's scary but they choose this path. They love it and will keep going with their fans behind them
This song is too meaningful.. its about being alive and survive.. borahae
You are amazing guys thanks for the great reaction, I love this song
Thank you so much!
Just FYI the girl that the video opened on was Sienna Lalau she's choregraphed the dance for ON [she was only 19 when they filmed this] She won a VMA for best choreography for ON in2020. She also choregraphed J-Hopes chicken noodle soup and co-choregraphed Dionysus. She's also done choreography for Blackpink, Stray Kids, Jennifer Lopez, Ciara and more.
“On” is from their album Map of the Soul:7 (2020) which it is the follow-up to their album Map of the soul: Persona (2019). Both were influenced by their own journey since debut in 2013 and is thematically based on the psychological theories of Carl Jung. In Map of the soul: Persona their work with “the persona” and in Map of the Soul:7 their work with “the shadow” and “the ego”. They basically took three of the four major Jungian archetypes, the persona, the shadow and the self. “The persona” it’s the outward face we present to the world (it’s like a mask), “the shadow” is in the unconscious and it’s like de dark and animal part (it has anything we have denied in ourselves and thrown into oblivion), the ego it’s between “the persona” and “the self”. “The self” integres “the persona”, “the shadow” and “the ego”, and it the sum of all we are now, all we once were and all we could potentially become.
I hope this could help you 💕
(sorry for mi bad english and sorry if i said something wrong)
This was the first time I saw BTS. and I was hooked, long live BTS
There’s another ON MV that is like a mini movie that y’all should check out. It’s amazing!
i believe the hooded figures mean different things to different people and in different situations. sometimes it looks like army, sometimes it looks like haters, sometimes its bts themselves or sometimes you can't tell. just interpret it as you will!
Yeah, they do it all in one take. Definitely check out the live performance of this song they did at grand central station on the Jimmy Fallon show!
This was choreographed by Sienna Lalau, 20yo from LA. She also did the choreography for "Dionysus" and J-hope's "Chicken noodle soup". In ON, she is upfront center in the beginning. She is also one of the dancers in J-hope's song (yellow black top w/ braids).
ON also features the Blue Devils Drum band Bugle Corps.
Most of their songs from their Map of the Soul album series are based on the book Map of the Soul by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. And what Jung suggests in his book is that inside of each of us is what he calls a “shadow.” Which is made up of all of our fears, our weaknesses, our insecurities, which we instinctively try to suppress, because the shadow is all the parts of us that we don’t like. But what Jung proposes is that we need to embrace our shadows in order to become a complete, and therefore happy and contented person. Although, the act of embracing our shadow will be painful, will hurt like hell as a mater of fact, but at the end we will come to accept that our shadow is part of who we are and will be able to become one with the shadow and say, this is who I am, and I’m good with me. I’m paraphrasing, but you will see this theme again and again in BTS’s music,
The young girl playing the drums at the forefront at the start of this video, she choreographed this whole music video. Apparently she’s done two or three mv’s for them.
An MV couldn't get any more kinetic than this! I loooove it!
The song was written for their 7th year anniversary in oreparatiin for their world stadium tour. Youre actually right, the sing was written as an anthem because in their 7years as a group, they cant do anything else but to go forward, to go on, to keep going together. The line 'gotta go insane to stay sane' your interpretation is correct. They were referring to their concerts. Going on stage makes them feel alive. although it is a constant challenge for them emotionally, physically and mentally, its what makes them feel happy so they do it anyway..
PLEASE REACT TO MOST BEAUTIFUL LIFE GOES ON A STORY OF BTS
Ys plz
Yessssss
I just cant wait for these guys to react to BTS's masterpieces Black Swan, Blood sweat and tears, Spring day and fake love. I would love to see their interpretation!
The did this song and performance on Jimmy Fallon at Grand Central Station in NYC.
guys~ check the documentary film about ‘on’. that film is crazy.
I’m sharing this anecdote because it fits so exactly with your senses of humor. During an interview following the release of “On”, V was asked what his favorite line of the song was. His response, with a perfectly serious expression, “Oh na na na.”
Finally you’ve reacted to the most epic music video, song, and performance.
ON is one of the most BTS songs they want to perform and show ARMYs in live performance, they really want this badly to perform live💜
This MV "ON" BTS is really awesome, you can also watch 'Live' performance on Jimmy Fallon @ Grand Central Station in NY - you love this great video & the band
itself - then you guys need to see/watch BTS "O N" Commentary Film: Dialogue!
how the UCLA Marching Band & the people who work on this MV also praised BTS.
Yes! BTS are amazing storytellers and the albums all explore different themes. I think you will be amazed by their ability to make you think.
In this MV BTS used drone camera too ...you should check ON behind the Scnene....( Making of ON MV)
I really love your reactions because unlike most channels you actually analyze and comment on different aspects of the video and don’t come off as fake , over exaggerating and jumping up and down. You seem to truly appreciate BTS’s music and their talent as opposed to many who start reacting to multiple kpop groups solely to get subscribers to build their channel. I’m loving your journey just learning about BTS.
They have their official dance practice videos on BangtanTV. You will see them perform On with the marching band and choreography in one take along with that insane dance break. For this music video they used multiple cameras and drones. They also performed this on Jimmy Fallon where they emptied out Grand Central Terminal for it.
Also by the way this isn’t even the original official music video for this song but it’s more popular. For me, they used the word “kinetic”as in motion because this is focused on their dance choreography and the moving/twirling camera work. The other music video version is nothing like this.
The shadow theme keeps coming up in multiple songs. Most of their albums each have a theme. They have a song called Shadow on this album which is Suga’s solo and the music video for it is amazing. The production value, Suga’s rapping, and the craziest beat switch. Please react to it.
The first time I watched this I said that every marching band director in the USA should order the music. Nice reaction. The Shadow refers back to Jungian Psychology 101, the Shadow being that part of us that we hide from others, our fears, hurts, anxieties, things we are ashamed of that prevent us from leading full lives. BTS say rather than avoid The Shadow incorporate and accept the shadow into personal psychology. Once you accept the shadow, making it part of your blood and body you are in control not your fears. BTS tells you this because they have been there themselves. No Disney bullshit. You guys are perfectly suited to jump into the deep end of the BTS pool. Stay well
I love that breakdown of the title it makes so much sense 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Absolutely love your authentic reactions! You love the music, the meanings, the MV's relationship of mv to lyrics.... really fun watching your reactions.
BTS es lo más asombroso en música, baile y actuación que he visto en toda mi vida, y ya tengo 50 años💜💜💜💜
There is a commentary (documentary) with the UCLA marching band and the gospel choir recording in LA. As a musician I found it very interesting. Might be something you would enjoy.
Great reaction again! This video was filmed at the Sepulveda Dam in LA so it's a real place. Also, they used drones to film it which makes it look so smooth.
Btw I think you guys are ready to get to know the members more! 'THIS IS BTS | Introduction to BTS' by Celeste is the best general introduction in my opinion. 'An introduction to the 7 members of BTS' by Ida S is the most recent and up-to-date introduction about the members individually. ARMY loves long BTS videos so don't worry about the length. We are a bit cray-cray sometimes lol
Yes it’s a real place. It’s in LA, Sepulveda Dam in SFV. I saw them film it. Often, people use the dam for the Movies, MV & etc…💜💜💜
I look at this as their fight song-bring it on. Love this song. Great reaction! If you watch the making of this video, this one is not one shot but they do this performance in one take for the Jimmy Fallon show at Grand Central Station.
They do this live on The Tonight Show at Grand Central Station, with all those marching band background
imagine doing all the choreo by singing live i'm just exhausted thinking about it.......
also pls react to their live performance
This vídeo isn't of one shot, but if You want to see this coreo of this song in one shot look : JIMMY FALLON SHOW at Central Terminal ( NY) really amaizing. Only one shot!!! Otherwise BTS is always telling ARMY don't give up cause BTS & ARMY always fight together. "FInd me and I gonna Bled whith You" and ARMY always finds comfort , encouragement and fun through their songs, and of course we reciprocate by supporting Them in their achievements with their songs.
"save me" was shot in one shot A MUST WATCH !!!
Great! This finally came! There's a behind the scenes for every mv that they release and you will totally see how they do it. This was shot in the blazing sun of LA. Oh and btw, I like how you interpret it. So better check the ON OFFICIAL MV, i think you will get blown away by the cinematography and all the repesentations there. Here, they expressed the song through their dancing. In the official mv, IT'S A MOVIE! 👌💜💜💜
12:01 the one who you said has a “beautiful voice” is our “Main Vocalist”, Jungkook. 🥰💜 Please react to “An Introduction to the 7 members of BTS” by Ida S, for the best and most updated video on the members individually. And “This is BTS” by XCeleste, for a great introduction video to them as a group. 💜 Also, please react to the live performance of “ON” from Grand Central Station, and their “Carpool Karaoke” interview. 🌟💜💜
U guys didn’t noticed how amazing Jungkook vocal☹️
Check the mv sketch of on and commentary of behind that mv.
I think that your analysis is spot on. I have a masters in clinical psychology so I enjoy in depth discussion on human emotion/behavior. The members of BTS have made it their mission to bring light and hope to others while also discussing their own struggles, which each of us face.
I have personally gotten a lot of inspiration from this song, especially the lyrics which state, "I'm not going down because you know I'm a fighter."
I was very impressed with your analysis. I'll definitely subscribe and please do more reactions of BTS videos.
They also performed this song at grand central, on Tonight show jimmy fallon. And it was one shot camera.
They have behind the scenes for ON if you would like to check it out
FYI: the video was filmed on location at the L.A. Basin in Southern California. It was 90 degrees the day of filming. Look for the video detailing the making of ON. You will find it illuminating.
I am sure lots of people have already told you guys....it is not fake, it was filmed in LA....there is a behind the scenes video...thanks for reacting.
Great reaction! The theme shadow is way more complicated because it is part of the psychological concept of the Persona, Shadow and Ego by Carl Jung. Their album map of the soul 7 incorporates this concept. To understand it better I would recommend to react to their MVs Black Swan, Persona, Shadow and Ego.
Great job guys! I enjoyed the way you analyzed this. You hit the nail more than you missed. When I come out to LA, I'm gonna go to this location at the Sepulveda Dam and the Los Angeles Theater, where they filmed their music video Black Swan. Thanks Again
When you said ''when it rains, it pours'' it made me think of RM MON PLAYLIST album his lyrics for Forever Rain
As this starts the young lady in the middle of the dancers is the choreographer of this, Sienna Lalau, who is Hawaian but now lives in LA and is part of The Lab dance group who are dancing here. She was 19 at the time and had already been one of the choreographers of Dionysus. The marching band is from UCLA. Watch the making of this. It was extremely hot and poor V had a close call when his zip cut his cheek very nearly hitting him in the eye. They used drones for some of the camera work. The one thing I feel this mv could've improved on was the filming of JK's turn at the end which he practised hard for but you don't really see as the camera comes in too close.
You are starting to discover this BTS universe, wait until you find out their personalities, the storyline, inspirations and messages. We are just witnesses of their growth as great artists. Thank you for sharing your reactions, I really re-enjoy all over again with you guys!
the place is real they filmed this in LA with the official MV , you can check out the shooting mv !!!
I really love your reactions! Love it that you're doing it blind as part of BTS MV appreciation is really figuring out all the easter eggs they throw in. Can't wait for you to react to Blood, Sweat and Tears! :) Thank you for doing this.
Wtf I never catch the trees, omg, is a connection to the other "on" music video 😱😱😱😱
Bangtantv "BTS 'ON' Kinetic Manifesto Film Shooting Sketch" gives a good glimpse into the effort put in to making this video.
Btw, They shot this MV on Sepulveda Dam, LA, USA.
really enjoying your take on the MV... would love to see your reaction to BTS performing ON live @ the Grand Central Station for Jimmy Fallon :)
Enjoy yourselves and BTS
I’m enjoying your reaction. Got to see all your videos today. Thank you.
Good observation. Yes, it was shot in 1 shot. The background is real in LA.
This was the performance MV, their original MV of ON is a full on movie.
You have to watch the making of On:kinetic manifesto...where your mind will be further blown and your questions will be answered....and I think your on the brink of falling in what is called the rabbit hole.....There’s at least a billion of us down here!
Watch their live performance of this song @ Jimmy Fallon. Impressive undeed!
If you want to watch the making, its already posted. It was shoot in the US.
the makings if their videos are always available to watch.
I don't want to go to deep on this but they follow Carl Jung's philosophies. Jung was a Swiss Psychiatrist who worked with Freud but they split because Jung was heavy into eastern/western philosophies and Freud was not. The Map of the Soul series is influenced by these philosophies. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I recommend you guys BTS ON grand terminal live performance
for mic drop, it's either the armys or haters.
but for this one, they're talking about shadow as per carl jung's philosophy of "self." that a human's pysche is composed of persona, shadow, and ego. ;) bts has a song called persona, shadow, and ego. this song ON is from map of the soul inspired by map of the soul by carl jung. 💜
i love your interpretations. that's the beauty of music - it's a different experience and meaning to different people. having a different interpretation is another road to new learning and understanding. "you nice, keep going." 💜
🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶💯💯💯
WELCOME TO BTS. 🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
