I would recommend using some butter cream icing instead of the cream cheese. Mix in small amounts at a time just enough to make the crumbs stick. Also, very important to refrigerate the balls an hour or more before dipping in the melted coating. You'll have made some very tasty cookie pops 🎉 ❤. This is how I make them and the cake pops. So delicious 😋
