Sydney is so beautiful! First time I went to Sydney was for the Tall Ships back in '88 for the Bicentennial celebrations. Cool to see they still have a permanent Tall Ship there to commemorate the First Fleet arrival into Botany Bay, New South Wales in 1788. Manly Beach is great, you can catch a ferry from Circular Quay. Harbour cruise with great views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Those cheeky teenage boys remind me of a controversial Sydney rock band called Sticky Fingers when they were young. Aussie larrikans. Love it. 😅 People in Melbourne are a bit more serious... Many had expressed support for the students in Beijing who were advocating for more democracy and were thus in danger of they returned. Funny. As a local to “Palm beach” you spend 29 mins around Pyrmont, Darling harbour , Barangaroo and never made it to the city until 44mins. If you want Palm Beach, take the ferry to manly from circular quay , then the 199 bus from manly wharf to Palm beach. Amazing beaches all along the northern beaches coast. 🙌
To actually see the harbour is breathtaking, also the beautiful beaches are not flat as you walk on the amazing cliffs and see the ocean from beach to beach, can stop and have a coffee etc then keep walking beach after beach on the clifftops (natural beauty) but I was amazed about China Town because when I went there they had side streets (no cars) like laneways with wonderful Chinese Restaurants where you have anazing food inside or if you want to sit outside they bring your food to you ~ lovely tables, chairs and linen tablecloths and napkins, so maybe that's changed because that was approx 15 yrs ago. What I saw is just like China Toiwn in any City Yes, Bondi (next gorgeous beaches can't remember but all beautiful ~ Cronulla, Manly a must but in saying that Rose Bay, Elalizabeth Bay etcetc, so gorgeous, allsi driving one side you see the ocean the otherside the harbour funny I drove to ordinary areas and you look at the end of the street and can still see the ocean. How amazing to have the 2nd largest Harbour in a City. I live in Brisbane we have to drive 1 and 1/2 hrs to our beaches. Nice areas in Brissy but I must be honest Sydney is world class 💙
G'day it's Steven from Sydney Welcome to all our North American friends. We tend to take our beautiful city for granted, however there's always a lot of construction everywhere. As for Bankstown and Greenacre, well it's not a particularly desirable location nor is it a tourist destination. There are many, many more destinations you should visit. We have many beautiful beaches in the east and south, and if you're traveling further south of Sydney Wollongong is a beautiful coastal town, it's only around one hour away. Also you were riding the smaller Light Rail trains around Sydney CBD, the larger double decker trains are mostly in the subway which is obviously underground. So much to see and do in Sydney. Have fun and enjoy yourself!
Thanks for making my home look so beautiful I live in Sydney and I reckon we take it all for granted. Melbourne is totally different from Sydney but it's a great place to visit, you will like Melbourne I'm sure.

The Sydney Harbour is spectacular. There has been serious money spent on infrastructure. The Working Port is Botany Bay where the container ships come in and out, which is south of Sydney Harbour. The Cruise ships and Ferries are in Sydney Harbour. Also Sydney was an Olympic City in 2000 so public transport and other amenities were planned fot this event and for later use. Also casinos in Australia and New Zealand generally speaking are much more subtle in design than the USA Casinos.
Hey I discovered ur channel and I live in Sydney. That “train” u went on in the city is actually called a light rail. It’s more of a smaller train or a tram that takes you around the city and can take you to a suburb called Randwick. Sydney has bigger suburban trains that can take you to the different areas in Sydney. There has also been a new metro which was recently completed.
Harry's Cafe-de-wheels - is at Woolloomooloo. Tucked between Kings Cross and the Art Gallery (Domain). Eastern Suburbs line, get off at Kings Cross and use maps to walk down. Buses for Garden Island will get you closer, but it's not a difficult walk

@Czechineffect Don't use young teenagers as guides man. They just messin with ya. Bankstown/greenacre have nothing there worth seeing. It's the equivalent to you sending a tourist out to see the suburbs just because you live there. The mature people will be far more helpful. It's a guessing game on some of their intents as we are all finding out. There's the genuine and there's like you said. Ones with other agendas that need to be watched.
@@louisekindred0059 it's more than that I'm afraid. It's a pattern.
To flip your a' hole point, their's always exceptions and I think the latter is more accurate. Think about your own experiences objectively any I believe you'll see it that way too.
I been to Perth twice while in the Navy. Great people and I'm still close with them to this day..
I loved your video, Czech! I recommended visiting Sydney because it's truly awesome. I've watched so many documentaries about the city, and it's beautiful with amazing replicas like the Sydney Opera House and the ANZAC Memorial. While you’re there, don’t miss the Royal Botanic Garden and Darling Harbour. Thank you for sharing this! I really enjoyed watching it.
Well you did visit the harbor. I commented before it showed. That place is breathtaking!!!
Darlin harbor is beautiful ,thanks for watching
I hope you won't get offended when i say this. It's called 'the royal botanical gardens' 😊

Captain Cook bro, not Captain Hook, Captain Cook found Australia... thats Darling Harbour, things are expensive at Darling Habour cause it's touristy and they pay huge rent to be there so they charge more $, when we went to Sydney we caught a water taxi from circular key to Darling Harbour, takes you under the Sydney Harbour bridge.. and it's cold cause it's the middle of winter, hot weather is more November thru to March
Bondi is where all the beautiful people are. 🌊🌞😎
China came to Australia to help build our railway lines many decades ago. Long history with China. Thats why we have China town in every city. Please don’t belittle them. Italy came here to work the sugar cane fields. Melbourne has the second highest in Greeks. Gold Coast Japanese. Australia is diverse. A lot of history. Enjoy your stay.
Most of the ones you see in Haymarket came in the late 80s in response to Bob Hawke being a do-good-er letting all those students in without needing to go through normal channels.
This community have driven up real estate prices leading to them being commodified today.
Belittle them? Explain?
@@jamesfrench7299 yes always someone else’s fault. Why don’t you look into these Development companies and corporate before you point the finger. Have a look at Blackrock. Do some research.
@@jamesfrench7299 Have a look at the corporates and the development companies. Australia is one of the biggest laundering countries. Research Blackrock
@@jamesfrench7299what you don't say (or perhaps don't know but whoever influenced you to think as you do most likely did know) is that those Chinese students were already studying here when the Beijing Tiananmen Square massacre took place. Hawke offered those students refuge if they chose not to go back home.
So they had already obtained visas to study here through normal channels. Many had expressed support for the students in Beijing who were advocating for more democracy and were thus in danger of they returned. It is still forbidden in China to refer to the events in Tiananmen Square.
It's been along time since I commented or liked a vlog post. Czeck's vlography (similar to videography) is way on point. His life like vivid and sharp videography is simply stunning. I had NO idea Sydney Australia's architecture was that beautiful. That one
(or double?) skyscraper building looked straight out of a comic book. Czeck has a way of approaching people with an openness and courtesy that makes them smile, feel comfortable and appreciate him honoring their country and community with respect.
Czeck I've got another moniker now and you have known me before as tyraycurry. Well done little brother. Well done.
I see you Champ watching from Brazil 🇧🇷
LOL don't go to Greenacre or Bankstown
Nothing wrong with Bankstown.
Hey!! Not nice! I live in Campsie. It's a great area. There's dickheads everywhere - not just the Canterbury Bankstown area.
Go out to the blue mountains area. Its stunning
I just went to 3 sisters mountain
@@Czechineffectthose three sisters are based on Aboriginal history look it up brother another thing is this. The Aboriginal flag represents earth sun and night red yellow black the land is red the sun is yellow and the night is black you should look into Aboriginal history we're one of the smartest cultures you'll ever learn about if you look into our background. Most of the places in Australia are based on Aboriginal names you should look that up too bruv 😉💯 my RUclips picture says Wiradjuri do it better but Wiradjuri is my Aboriginal tribe there are many more Aboriginal tribes there was over 400 different Aboriginal languages back in the day I think before the Australian government started to change everything so it became more like the UK and its sad because my Aboriginal Ancestors went through more than hell to survive and our Aboriginal elders went through more than a war just to be heard and allowed a position in the government so some Aboriginals today can speak for most/all Aboriginals who live in Australia thank God we're finally being heard after decades of pain and suffering 😢😞🙏💯
I’d highly recommend the coastal and harbour walkways - they’re free and amazing views and nature at every turn. Welcome to Sydney!
The inforstructure there is amazing in Sydney Australia 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I've been interested in Australia. I got a cousin there who married an Australian and they moved there for good about a year ago. He's an accountant and was able to get his MBA out there and making pretty good money, but he also said its pretty expensive.
It is a bit on expensive side -U.S dollars does help

One of my dream goals is to visit Australia. So thank you for traveling there so you can show us how it really looks like and the people and the cultures. I saw people are I guess friendly from how you were interacting with them. That looked like a dock in that water. Interesting. Timewise it seems Australia is like Kenya where time is ahead of US. Also very interesting. Good to also know that it is a little expensive there so have to be ready with some $$$ in order to enjoy the visit. Learning a few things in your video. Thanks Czech.
You for sure should of went to Bondi and Maroubra walked the coastal walk
Nice to see you down under!!! 🎉

Wooow, lucky u . Have fun, be Careful. Love you 🙏🏽🙏🏽😍😍😍
Thank you, I will
G'day it's Steven from Sydney
Welcome to all our North American friends.
Steve you still at vista 😅
Thanks for making my home look so beautiful I live in Sydney and I reckon we take it all for granted. Melbourne is totally different from Sydney but it's a great place to visit, you will like Melbourne I'm sure.
Yo, bout time you hit the beautiful shores of the land down under.
I’m Kenyan living in Perth and welcme to Australia. I watched your video with Tayo and Miss Trudy in Miami. I hope to see you in Perth,Western Australia.
As a person that was born and lived in SYdney all my life it's nice to see an outside perspective. I kept yelling at the screen that you're walking in the wrong direction or don't go there but go here instead!! haha. I also cringed when people in the film gave you horribly incorrect info. I hope you enjoyed your stay and perhaps next time have a local show you around.

Manley beach is the nice beach.its in the city, too.
go down to watsons bay bro. its a nice area in sydney with some great views and a few local beaches. ALso check out balmoral beach
When you are in Melbourne, go to the restaurant called Mabu Mabu
Mabu Mabu is legit one of the best restaurants Iv ever been to
I’ll be headed to Australia in a couple weeks!
Hope you enjoy your stay in our great country.
You should cover Chicago - the Chicago downtown skyline is world class
Harry's Cafe-de-wheels - is at Woolloomooloo. Tucked between Kings Cross and the Art Gallery (Domain). Eastern Suburbs line, get off at Kings Cross and use maps to walk down. Buses for Garden Island will get you closer, but it's not a difficult walk
Many thanks
Sydney loves the US Navy
My uncle has been there since he got out in ‘84.
Not really.

That guy was very misleading. It takes about an hour, maybe a touch more depending on traffic to drive to Woollongong from central Sydney. Worth the drive.
2hrs north of Sydney is Newcastle, that's where you need to check out.
Oh mah man in Australia.

It's crazy to me that you jumped out at Pyrmont 😂 I live like 4km from there, & you could hardly pick a more sedentary part of the Harbour. Maritime museum is pretty huge, you just walked past a free Annex with wooden sailing skiffs etc, but if you pay for the museum - you'll get entry to that entire corner behind the bridge
yeah, had to laugh when he thought that's our harbour. I live in Rushcutters Bay. We live in the best city in the world.
i saw a comment above referencing Bankstown and Greenacre. Please don't tell me he headed out there. I'm only 5 min in to video.
@Czechineffect Don't use young teenagers as guides man. They just messin with ya. Bankstown/greenacre have nothing there worth seeing. It's the equivalent to you sending a tourist out to see the suburbs just because you live there. The mature people will be far more helpful.
If you want to know what an area is like before you go there, use google maps and switch to street view to get an idea of the area.
Most of the interesting stuff is built around the city but is not cheap man.
Notice the wide open spaces and no trash everywhere. Is pretty cool. 👍
