I love that you are taking Asian American to the NEXT level; leaving film (while not quite leaving it; you're still making bopomofo vids!) for a moment to create culinary delights as well. I had these nachos they're freaken legit~ even though it's fried its light and airy. Traveled from Denver back to my hometown while I was visiting to enjoy it. Bo Po Mo Fo is literally as Phil says its a awesome mix of both American and Asian comfort foods.
YESSSSS I MADE IT TO BPMF this past June and it was awesome!!! Phil was really nice and warm in person too. Would definitely come back when I visit LA again!

I'd love more videos!! I would have never thought to turn scallion pancakes into nacho chips. Although I'm across the globe and probably can't go to the restaurant any time soon, watching these videos allows me to live vicariously through them haha
