Love this house, and the view!! What would I change? 🤔 Definitely update the bathrooms. No more yellow/gold granite counter tops! First thing out the door is the nasty jetted tub! Can't believe these were ever a 'thing'. All I can think about is the mold/mildew inside the jets! But otherwise, sign me up!! Have a great 2025!!
Wooho - Hualalai, my favourite area in the Kailua Kona area - so quiet, with clean air and a lovely small-town feel. This home is perfect for entertaining, isn't it?
Well cared for home! At a good price point. The one thing I would add is an outdoor kitchen. I don’t get why they aren’t as prevalent in Hawaii. The weather is fantastic year round, I’d only be using the kitchen to cook when the weather is not cooperating. Then again, I line in the northeast and I am grilling pretty much year round. I hope you had a nice time in New Zealand, I am planning a trip there next year. Happy New Year!🎊🎈🎆
This is practically perfect for grandpa here. I would consider an outdoor kitchen . I am concerned with the height of the edge and the street below. I might consider some sort of railing or clear glass but those are minor.
Love Hawaii Loa Ridge. A mountain community that has one entrance. The bottom of the mountain with a 24/7 security guard post that guest must be checked in by security before entering.
Nice house, but if you’re looking for something to change, I would probably update the bathroom in at least one of the spare bedrooms. Glad to hear Kilauea isn’t causing too much bother at the minute. It certainly looks spectacular! Happy Holidays to you both! New Zealand must have been awesome!

Thanks for sharing - I am getting hooked on your videos. Since you ask, there is one thing I would address as far as changes go, but it is a very small detail - not a structural thing. I would improve the landscaping at the entrance of the home - especially to the left of the entrance. The plants are fine, but it looks like they haven't been attended to as much as they could be. That's a miniscule detail in a home that is absolutely beautiful.

Tesla's are superior vehicles in sooo many ways. After owning one, it's typically very difficult to own a regular "dumb" vehicle again.
It's an amazing car, but there were a few things that got on my nerves after a while. I will definitely miss the acceleration!
