Especially considering that most of the time the chases you did were multiplayer pvp, which are really high difficulty and high stakes, very competitive and immersive experience!
i wsih every final hot pursuit event for each class had a ''boss'' of the next class like that one. like, imagine in ''unreasonable force'' (super series last HP) near the final quarter there was as reventon waiting charge at your in comparisson ''punny'' porsche 911 or so like an actual bull seeing red. or in ''shock and awe'' (perf series last HP) there was a freaking gallardo SL or SL65 Black vs you with just a camaro, mustang or something.
I like how in NFS: MW it's just action cop chase music from like NCIS or something And NFS:HP is just music that sounds like it's a final battle or its a literal boss fight

Well, Rivals dethroned it. It's like Hot Pursuit but literally a COD version of it. Despite being buggy, the cops in this game are fucking ruthless, man. Too deadly to exist, and they want you erased from existence.
Actually, what really fucked MW 2012 up is that this pursuit soundtrack from HP 2010 also uses the same pursuit music as well but it got cut by Criterion upon release.
This song is epic, but when i hear it, idk why, it just gives me stress lol, this song reminds me trying to pass the fking chase with merit reputation, trying and trying while this song played lol
It won't fit at all. Rivals had that feeling that you are definitely fucked based on the pursuit soundtracks that the player is hearing. Hot Pursuit however has the feeling that the racers and cops clash on the roads to fight for their survival, the Cops being Hunters and Racers becoming the Hunted. That's a difference. It fits better in Payback tho.
The Porsche in the image doesn't really match the vibe of this soundtrack. Needs a Muscle car like the Dodge Challenger or Mustang. Heck, a Corvette would be even better. I guess it's too late to change it once the video is uploaded so why does this comment even exist?
