Ms Debbie. I followed this recipe for Brown stew fish on Christmas day. I used Red snapper. The fish was AMAZING. I don't often cook fish and when I do I usually bake it but this brown stew fish was TASTY!! It made me feel so happy. It also reminded me of the fish my late mother used to cook. You remind me of so many wonderful women in my family. God Bless x

I am just loving your brown stew fish recipe that basically how I like my brown stew fish done except I don't normally use the tomatoes but that a good idea I hardly use black pepper although that watch we mostly grow up on I substitute it with the grounded pimento
