I would go for steel and cement for the steps .... 2. the roofing structure I would go with light trusses structure... not the heavy stones one... because the use of this structure may vary over the period of time... The point load on the stones should also be tested.... that test for 3 days is not enough.... this is my opinion...

Why can't you make the inter locking bricks so that the walls and slabs can have more strength
Hello sir, interlocking bricks are not purely eco friendly. Our first priority is cent percent eco material. Moreover this structure is load bearing so interlocking doesn't required
This is not the option for us to choose as we have the other best alternative option on hand
As this is an echo friendly house and is also constructed in a farm, what about termites. చదల నుంచి ఎటువంటి ఇబ్బంది ఉండదా? జాగ్రత్తలు పాటించకపోతే ఇబ్బంది అవుతుందా చెప్పగలరు.

This Foundation cost varies from location to location. You have to find this details within your locality based on the bill of material given by your architect.

Grooves inside the house will lead to deposit of dust and cobweb and requires lot of cleaning/maintenance.
